Her personality is bright and cheerful. She somewhat gives off a troublemaker vibe, but she excels not only in her role as a maid but also in maintaining Alice. She prefers to be called "Mel", and therefore, Souji addresses her that way while she calls him "Master" in a maid-like manner.

A girl who dreams of becoming a witch, she's an apprentice from the magical world of Clarice who wandered into the human world. Converted to human years, she's already about 600 years old. She's the older sister of Erika, her fraternal twin. Cheerful, energetic, and loves sports. Very curious, but not good at household chores. She feels a bit insecure compared to her sister Erika, who is good at household chores and more girly. However, she takes a bit of pride in having slightly bigger breasts than Erika.
