This game is a fan work of the most famous AVG game Memories Off series in China. It follows the line of Memories Off sorekara again and tells a story of healing:

Will Miyabi and Karin live their lives with their missing hearts? What will happen to the future of Yukari and Haya? Who will Sayorin's life be entrusted to?
