[spoiler]Originally didn't Yoshikazu have any interest in Mars. From a young age every part of his body except his Heart was healthy and he was hospitalized a long time because of his heart. Unlike Yoshikazu, every part of Chenfui's body except her heart was ill. After Chenfui's death he got her heart. When Chenfui's heart became a part of Yoshikazu he started to see her when he was unconscious and eventually named her Kokoro. Having no dreams of his own he decided to pursue Kokoro's.[/spoiler]

One of the main heroine. Been with [url=/c1039]Shiranui[/url] since the start, and remains the only partner of Shiranui. The bond between them is strong enough that they wouldn’t hesitate to sacrifice their own life for the other… yet they aren’t lovers. Her personality seems like that of a perfect, cool, analytical type, but with Shiranui, she is frank and quite violent. Her biggest weakness is Japan's culture. When she comes in contact with something like tatamis, or a kotatsu, she transforms into an hopeless human being.
Her power is relatively unknown and thus rare, but can be described as the control of energy when she duel-wields her machete.

She is actually [spoiler]the used-to-be terminally ill little sister of Hoan Wenje/Phantom Killer; a Chinese girl by the name of 皇千慧 (Hoan Chenfui) who always wanted to travel to Mars, and -after proper legal procedures- whose heart was transplanted into Shiranui following her death. The real reason Shiranui always looked for a way of getting to Mars is her.
Meanwhile her older brother, Koe also decided to pursue her dreams, thus ended up in the Mars project himself too, and he's unaware for a good while that his good friend and colleague, Shiranui was the recipient of Chenfui's heart. Upon finding out the truth and after Tempest's persuasion he swore revenge against Shiranui as he blames him partially for her death.[/spoiler]

Unfortunately there's no route for her even though she's a crucial key character with a lot of screentime.

While he still retains a deep abiding love for his sister, that only strengthens his hate, turning his pre-existing case of mild misanthropy into an absolute hatred of all humans other than her.[/spoiler]

His body mostly consists of the lava, and it is through him that it is revealed that the four full-adult Calamity Monkeys still possess the emotions that existed before their manipulation, though those emotions only drive them to more intensely desire to test humanity with trials and tribulations.  His love for his daughter, in particular, drives him to this.[/spoiler]

Shiranui Yoshikazu and Ichijou Shizuku, who have awoken from a hundred-year sleep, were met with such words. The world has drastically changed. "Perhaps there could be other survivors somewhere." The two partners thought so, equipped themselves with patches, and planned to venture out into the outer world. However, as a result, they face inconceivable truths. There is a robot army called the Barbarians that was ordered to eliminate humanity. There are Calamity Monkeys, who challenge humanity with the powers of calamities. And there is Company Man, who weaves his schemes in the shadows.

Shiranui Yoshikazu awakens and embraces the power of flames, and defies calamities and robots. He makes further steps in "Evolution"!..
