Haruto Soraki (formerly Haruto Mikami) is the protagonist of the game. After receiving recurring dreams of a promise made 7 years ago with an strangely familiar girl, Haruto returns to his hometown, from Tokyo, in search of answers to his dreams.

As the character glossary suggests, her loved ones likely died before she was admitted to the hospital.
