Takaha does an efficient job of following orders and making others follow her orders. She made initial encounter with the protagonist through a minor altercation and misunderstanding, but made such a powerful impression, he asked her to his security guard and enforcer. Takaha's antisocial nature and tendency to speak her mind makes it difficult to get along with her, and she has very few people to call friends.

Fuuka is the protagonist’s cousin, and shares many of his interests and hobbies: especially doujinshi making. She idolizes him to no end, equating their relationship as brother and sister, rather than distant relatives. While the protagonist supports and finances her ventures, he mostly does so to keep a close eye on her and ensure she stays out of trouble.

Mau is a highly energetic girl who specializes in producing boys love stories for girls. She is truly a devotee to the genre, and will discuss it for hours on end if one can goad her into it. The protagonist hires Mau due to his strong lack of knowledge in the popular niche market. Mau recently ended a dating relationship with a longtime friend and classmate due to disagreements with the constructiveness of her hobby.

Sharp tongued and demanding, Kiiko is often seen as stuck up and selfish. This is because she is a perfectionist, and settles for nothing less than the best. Kiiko has no qualms to point out failures and deficiencies, and while she complains endlessly to the protagonist, its because she wants success. Kiiko specializes at creating parodies of established works.

Producing what are best described as lighthearted stories, Tsubasa was part of another doujinshi circle until they kicked her out. The protagonist, having seen her work at earlier conventions, quickly bolsters her confidence to continue and offers recruitment. Tsubasa is seemingly plagued by the quality of what inspires her works, rather than the work itself, as her art skill is of professional level.
