Naomi is Ayumi's former classmate and a fellow survivor of Heavenly Host. She seems to have been just as affected by the horrors of the school as Ayumi has, but she uses her work and her friendship with Seiko to keep her mind off the past. She has enrolled in medical school since finishing senior high school and is interning as a nurse in Divine Blessing Hospital.

While a bit silly, she doesn’t seem to be as perverted as she acted during high school. She works now as a hairdresser, and due to bet she made with a coworker, she had to dye her hair green for a month.

Trapped within by Shinozaki's curse and her own hatred, Machi animates corpses to trick her brother into thinking he is making progress in saving her.
