The Füühbar of Germania. A bratty, cruel girl, her dream is to conquer all of Europa. After entering politics, she was jailed following a failed putsch. Once released, she gained power using trickery, intimidation and violence. A fiery dictator with a temperamental, bloodthirsty personality, she plunges Europa into the Second Great War. Her hobbies include painting, vegetarianism and cute dogs.

Il Douché, the leader of the southern, sunny nation of Vitalia. This lazy and forgetful girl is determined to reignite a classical empire, stretching from Grecia to Gypta and beyond. A bit of a forgetful klutz and usually getting herself into trouble, she is an important ally and member of the Axle alliance. She likes pizza, pasta, naps, and burdening others with her self-inflicted problems.

Benita Mussorinni

A tomboyish girl, with an interest in tank warfare and freedom. She believes strongly that Franzo has a unique destiny, as a long-time enemy of Germania. A fierce fighter and a loyal patriot, she hates losing, even in small matters like board games. Enjoys running and going to the theatre (although most of them were closed due to the war). Despite her athletic lifestyle, she still smokes cigarettes - a habit she refuses to give up.

Gallia Cyrano

The Mother of Nations. A teasing, short girl with a height complex, she controls the vast eastern territories and armies of the Union of Sovia. A tyrant and a bully - despite her sweet looks, she is not to be trusted. She wishes to create a paradise on earth and elevate herself to a godlike status. Her hobbies include purging dissidents, drinking hot chocolate and teasing other dictators.

A determined girl, she is a worthy adversary and perhaps the one Hitora fears most. Churchill commands a mighty navy, a plucky air force and an island nation of hooligans. Likes eating chocolate cigars, drinking tea and dictating orders from the bathtub.
