## Description
Cradle Song takes place in a desolate world. A world that has slowly deteriorated over hundreds of years.

But Nathan has no idea about that. His life revolves around trudging to school, listening to lectures, and walking home after having failed to ask Ciri out once again.

Many people live this way: hidden within Virtual Realities and completely unaware of the world outside... though they aren't there by choice.

Nathan and these others are special sorts of people. People referred to by laymen as "power users".

They have the potential to use supernatural abilities, thanks to a stroke of evolutionary luck. However, after Nathan's sponsored escape from his virtual world, he quickly discovers that potential does not always transition into reality. Out of all of his fellow escapees, he is the only one left powerless.

Now, with boundless possibilities before him, will Nathan embrace this new and unstable world, or will he be overwhelmed?

Real life starts now.

### Nathan Finch
The Protaganist.

Nathan is considered by most to be rather unremarkable, but he does have his talents. He makes good marks in most subjects and also manages to be surprisingly perceptive and understanding when it comes to others. 

When the breakout occurs, Nathan is the only escapee who remains powerless.

### Cirilla Amesi
Ciri is Nathan's friend, and an accomplished musician and singer. She is a sociable girl and easy to get along with. It should be noted that Nathan is interested in being much more than friends, but lacks the courage to declare it. She is probably more aware of his feelings than he believes.

Ciri used to be in a band, but quit after they played a bad gig and got booed off the stage. She hasn't sang or played publically since.

Rose and Rence are fraternal twins. They live together with their father, although he is rarely able to be home with them. A dedicated businessman at an electronics company, he is usually overseas for important meetings.

Rose is often described by those around her as well-meaning, but ultimately hopeless. She tries her best at school, but always ends up falling asleep during classes. Her teachers wonder if she is afflicted with Narcolepsy, but both her and her father firmly deny it.

Rose is fairly clumsy as well, frequently bumping into people, falling over, or zoning out and dropping her books.

### San Adler
San is a reserved and quiet girl. She enjoys solitary activities such as browsing the Internet, listening to music, and thinking.

San never had any particular affinity for others, nor did others have any particular affinity for her. This resulted in a gradual shift toward solitary activities, and now she prefers them.

San is philosophical and will often find meaning where others find none. She has a thirst for knowledge and is eager to share information she has learned. This trait often makes her seem robotic, as she will regurgitate information in a form almost identical to which it was absorbed.
