Yusa Sousuke, a man with the ability to manipulate people’s minds and make them act on their deepest taboos, worked as a doctor in the Special Psychiatry Department. There, he used his patients as fodder for his own desires.

One day, a man named Sorimachi was transferred to the Special Psychiatry Department. The hospital board announced that Sousuke and Sorimachi would compete, and the one who achieved better results would be officially hired by the hospital.

Driven by his own carnal desires, Sousuke continued to manipulate and corrupt his patients. But hidden beneath it all was an even greater ambition…
