## Description

The words hit me like a sledgehammer, and my heart felt like it was going to burst out of my chest.

"But why?"

Her thumb stopped moving and she tilted her head to the side, considering me.

"Why not? You're cute when you blush."

"But Cinnamon, you're not serious, are you?"

Her hand remained on my leg, her thumb resuming its gentle stroking.

"Why wouldn't I be? You're pretty, you're friendly, and you're obviously into me."
