A staggering era was quietly approaching us.

Here and now. A "Chinese" and a "Japanese" meet once more in a non-romantic encounter. At the end of the century, a journey begins—from the first (her) to the last (her)...

### Jin Shouzen (景 蕭然)
Born on December 25, 1968, currently 31 years old (as of 1999).
After the bubble economy burst, he returned to China to take care of his sick [url=https://vndb.org/c93440]uncle[/url]. Since then, he hasn't visited Japan again, but he has kept in contact with [url=https://vndb.org/c159275]Shiori[/url]. 
The small restaurant that he ran in his hometown was in a business slump and had to close down. 
After the unexpected meeting with [url=https://vndb.org/c159276]Kou Shamo[/url], he decided to come to Japan once more.

### Rin Chunshuen (林 春萱)

Over several years, thanks to her family's efforts, she underwent many operations, yet none of them succeeded. Because she didn't have many opportunities to attend school regularly, she has developed an introverted personality and has become a loner. She used to practice [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Para_Para]Para Para[/url] dance for a long time, but with the worsening of her illness, she has not been able to engage in any intense physical activity.

After losing her family in the 1998 flood, she decided to accept [url=https://vndb.org/c159276]Kou Shamo's[/url] suggestion and come to Japan, although she barely spoke Japanese.
