## Description
A boy, Nayuta, lives in a western style house built at the outskirts. His job is kind of a detective. One day, he receives a job offer from his coworker as usual. The offer is to examine the rumor that mysterious rituals are taken place at a school on an isolated island. He has somehow strange feelings in his heart about this offer and decides to accept it. He sneaks into the school at night and meets a girl, Maya. When he sees her, an acute impulse agitates his heart. Also, Maya as well. When he regains a consciousness, he finds himself in a white world as if he were in thick smog. And a voice resounds in his head...

### Nayuta (ナユタ)
“I promised… that I would never make anyone suffer again.”

He is a boy who lives in a Western-style mansion on the outskirts of town and carries a somewhat mature air. With an aloof, hard-to-grasp personality, he comes across as curt and sarcastic. Strongly responsible by nature, he possesses a sharp intellect along with decisiveness and the ability to act. Having lost his memories of the past, he works as a detective while searching for clues to recover who he once was.

### Karen (カレン)
"I knew it all along. But I was afraid to admit it."

Her pride often gets in the way of being honest with her feelings, but once she opens her heart to someone, she suddenly becomes very affectionate and dependent. Because she helps care for orphans at a church, she is actually quite skilled at cooking.

Although she wishes to be independent, she naturally stirs protective instincts in those around her, and people often find themselves taking care of her. Because of her kindness, she tends to carry her worries alone.

Her manner of speaking is also very masculine, and she bluntly says even things that are difficult to voice. She takes pride in serving as Miu’s bodyguard, and her skill with knives is first-rate.

A winged cat stuffed animal that follows Maya and guides Nayuta. Mischievous and energetic, it usually plays the role of straight man to Marineo’s jokes. Its way of speaking always ends with “nya,” giving it a playful, catlike tone.

### Marineo (マリネオ)
“If you’re a gentleman, then this is the moment when you should gently extend a helping hand!”

A doll of a silver-haired girl that follows Maya and guides Nayuta. She is slightly airheaded, and her way of speaking ends with the refined “~desu no.” While Marineo and Jajas switch between playing the fool and the straight man depending on the situation, Marineo is generally the one handling the jokes.

### Natsuki (ナツキ)

Strong-willed and stubborn, she also has a soft side and is quick to tears. Though she can be a bit selfish at times, she is weak when it comes to Karen and Riona. Her glasses are her defining charm point.

Her skills in cooking, laundry, cleaning, and all household chores are professional-level. Polite and considerate toward everyone, she is easy to get along with. To Miu, she is both an older sister and a motherly presence.
