## Description
Up in the mountains, looking down on the port and the industrial sector of the city stands Setogiwa Academy. It is the country’s only school with facilities to research the special abilities that have started rapidly appearing since the turn of the century. Top scholars, wanting the honor of naming the so-called psychic powers that (supposedly) lie dormant in their students, have dubbed it “DA” and have developed a program to train and research these powers. 

However, it’s not like the students have the kind of invincible super powers you’d see ESPers using in old manga and movies.

Their powers are a little mysterious, and possibly convenient, but aren’t quite good for anything useful. Apparently, that’s all DA is, at least according to current research. 

And so, the students at Setogiwa Academy live almost completely normal lives. Just with some slightly bizarre events attached...
