## Description
Carrera is a female demon whose job is to create a wish granting contract with a human being in exchange for their soul. Along with her partners/rivals Mercedes and Rati, they carry out this job for the benefit of the demon world. When Carrera is summoned by the nerdy Ogawa, she finds him to be more interesting than her previous cilents and develops a crush. Mercedes tries to get involved with Ogawa also to compete with Carrera. However, the female angels are upset by this disturbance and are willing to purify the demons with their precious "holy water" to save Ogawa's soul.

## Characters
### Carrera (カレラ)
She has reaped the souls of countless men and looks forward to each new conquest with renewed interest. Due to her experience, she has been assigned to work with the wizard Alpina to help harness more powerful energies from the human soul.

In Viper-V6 ("The Devil Came" story), she is called to Earth by Ogawa's summoning spell, where she gives him the standard summoning contract: pleasure her completely or lose his soul. Since no man has ever completely satisfied a succubus, Carrera has no doubts that Ogawa will be just another soul she brings back to the demon world. To her surprise he has an nearly unlimited well of energy and manages to satisfy her.

In Viper-GTS, Carrera returns to the underworld empty-handed, which has never happened to her before. She is summoned before the lords of the nether world to explain her failure, where she was embarrassingly imprisoned.

### Mercedes (メルセデス)
She is a fellow succubus of Carrera, but not as experienced. In fact, she is very unsuccessful at reaping souls. While Carrera is straghtforward and proceeds to immediately seduce her target, Mercedes is purposefully slow and tries to please her human conquests in other ways before making love, offering to cook or clean for them with disasterous results.

Mercedes is jealous of Carrera's success and often mopes about it. She is initially pleased when Carrera returns empty-handed after her night with Ogawa but soon finds herself cooperating with him in Carrera's rescue after her own attempt to reap his soul fails.
