The year is the 1500s. The world had become a crucible of war...
Located near the center of the island nation known as Hinomoto was the Kai region. Divided into two warring states, Hizen and Higo, they clashed fiercely day and night.

Higo, blessed with vast territory, ample troops, and abundant resources, held the upper hand. Hizen, though rich in talented individuals, was disadvantaged by its small territory and other shortcomings.

Under the command of Higo's lord, Imae Yoshinori, his forces attacked fortresses one after another, pushing toward Hizen's main castle. Hizen's army, desperately resisting with Manahime – daughter of their late lord Haguro Genjou – acting as proxy ruler, seemed on the brink of collapse.

But just then, the sudden appearance of a single strategist changed everything.
Saved from disaster by the ingenious tactics of a mysterious, beautiful girl strategist who appeared out of nowhere, the counterattack of the Haguro army begins now...

### Yabashiri Uneme (矢走 畝芽)
Leader of the Haguro army's Four Heavenly Kings. Recognized as the finest martial artist in the land, he spearheads the Four Heavenly Kings, though he finds the role burdensome. True to the saying "heroes love beauty", he has an insatiable appetite for women and drink. This nature led Setsuran to assign him the task of [i]training[/i] prisoners. Driven by his inherent womanizing and hatred for Imae, he eagerly takes on this duty. He views war as a nuisance and thinks sacrificing one's life for the country is foolish, maintaining a consistently cynical attitude. Despite this, Uneme cannot bear the thought of Manahime – who reminds him of his sister killed by the Imae forces – falling into the hands of his hated enemy. Thus, he throws himself into a war he'd rather avoid.

Known as the 'Galloping Princess Warrior' for leading her cavalry swiftly across the battlefield. She trained swordsmanship alongside her senior Uneme, her senior in both age and swordsmanship by seven years, and has looked up to him like an older brother since childhood, harboring secret feelings she never shows. She hates being called "Princess" and often fights with Uneme over it.
