So criminals were forcibly confined to facilities called detention centers. These were special prisons. Hell within massive walls. 

Another female prisoner is confined there . 

What atonement will she face for her blood-stained crimes? 

And what will her fate be? 

Will she be able to face her harsh destiny and return to the free world? 

Or will it be an endless hell?
