## Description
The protagonist, Hajime Kakimoto, was once a corporate American football player, but his team was disbanded due to poor performance.
After that, he worked a desk job, but the company went bankrupt during the economic downturn. Since he lived in company housing, Hajime lost both his job and his home. With no other options, he returned to his hometown for the first time in six years.

Even without a job, hunger doesn’t wait.
Hajime suddenly remembers a lunch box shop he used to frequent in middle school and decides to visit. There, he finds the same old lady, still frying croquettes just like back in the day. She remembers Hajime, and they chat about old times while he eats.

When she hears he’s job hunting, the old lady offers him a part-time gig as an instructor at the sports club she attends. The club’s membership has dwindled, and while it’s not too busy, they’re still short on staff. She insists he take the job.

On his first day, Hajime meets not only the old lady but also her childhood friend, a graceful woman in a kimono. The first day is mostly orientation, but the real work starts the next day. Despite being new, Hajime does his best to support the few members.

That night, the old lady shows up for her workout. Drawing on his experience as a former athlete, Hajime gives her careful, attentive support. Suddenly, she presses her sweat-dampened breasts against him. To his surprise, he finds himself more aroused than he’d ever admit.
