A black market merchant who will procure anything as long as he makes money. He's a person from the future who travels between parallel worlds, watching the present Earth. His original world was almost destroyed in a large-scale interstellar war, but he used an item that happened to move him to another world.

But the doctor, who has just passed the the time limit and has no power, decided that raising them by himself would be impossible. He decided to leave the baby in the church.
