Three years had passed since the beautiful female governor took office. Governor Kagazume Misako, hailed as a “tragic heroine” battling resistance forces in the prefectural assembly, was forced to resign due to a corruption scandal involving her chief advisor. 

The scandal spread to the national level, culminating in the assassination of Assemblyman Nakosoji Tadami, who had demanded the truth be uncovered. 

Kagazume announced her candidacy for the upcoming by-election. However, upon learning of a plan to field the assassinated assemblyman's widow as a candidate, she initiated a scheme.

It was a lustful feast to devour her and her family...
