The protagonist, Ayase Natsumi, surrounded by kind friends, was at the peak of her life.  

But Natsumi had one worry: her senpai was troubled, yet never confided in her, leaving her unable to help.  

“If only I could see into people’s hearts…”  

As she muttered this on the rooftop, a voice suddenly spoke—  

“Shall I grant that wish for you?”  

And just like that, Natsumi gains the ability to read minds.  
This is the story of her and the people around her, navigating the chaos that follows.
