## Description
Homestuck: Beyond Canon is the official successor to critically acclaimed visual novel [Homestuck](/v31659). It continues directly from the end of both routes of its sequel webnovel, [The Homestuck Epilogues](https://www.homestuck.com/epilogues).

The initial demo release ("Homestuck^2") went on hiatus on December 25, 2020. The full version picked up where it left off on October 8, 2023, with an entirely new staff.

### Harry Anderson Egbert
Harry is the son of the Candy timeline's Roxy Lalonde and John Egbert.

[spoiler]Having been presumed dead since the Epilogues, they make a significant appearance in Beyond Canon, guiding Vriska when she gets sucked into the Plot Point and begins her progression through the Hell Tiers.[/spoiler]

### Andrew Hussie
The author's self-insert, who claims to be an omnipotent conjurer but, in reality, can't actually do anything at all besides ramble into the narrative.

The author is nonbinary in real life, using any pronouns, but since Homestuck was completed before she came out, the character Andrew Hussie uses he/him.

[spoiler]During Act 6, he acts as an exile stand-in for Caliborn's impossible solo session.[/spoiler]

Andrew briefly appears in Beyond Canon, in the bonus scenario "A Threat, Sensed."

The Meat version of her makes an appearance in the bonus scenario "Catnapped," where due to Kanaya's unexpected off-planet road trip she has been nominated as acting Matriarch.

She has been described as "a big gay slut" by her moirail.
