She grew up as an only child living with her mother and father, in a small trailer home. Ashley's childhood was spent with a welfare elf named Ms. Ren, who took care of her. Ms. Ren was soon taken away due to Ashley being at the age limit for care, when she began school. Ashley struggled in school, trying to make friends, and relationships. At 19, Ashley was kicked out by her father, as her mother was fired from her job and they could only afford the next few months of rent without her. After stealing her mother's credit card and running away, she discovered the hotel. Ashley hopes to have twelve children and raise all of them lovingly. She has put a huge amount of thought and planning into this goal. Ashley wants their names to be Ash/Ashe, Chloe, Felix, Jason, Kiara, Kylie, Lilly and Amy. She leaves the rest up to the player, and wants one named after him. She hopes to have a unique story for each child's conception. Ashley has also always wanted a sister. Ashley's favourite colour is yellow, and her favourite food is ramen. She likes hamsters, strawberry flavours, cheese pizza, and enjoys gory, horror, action and sci-fi movies. Her family owns a ranch and a cafe named the Corpus Cafe, owned by her father who sold the cafe's rights to Nero Inc. when his wife died. The cafe has a strict rule against hiring Elves, marketing it as "human products made by humans for humans". The ranch is owned by her mother's side of the family, which they have owned since humans took over Syl'anar. It is where Autumn grew up, and she considers it her "home" more than The Capitol. Her parents had a dream of building their own family-run cafe in the city, but when Autumn was 13, her mother died, whereafter her father buried himself in his work, neglecting his family, thus she considers her maternal grandmother her only 'real' parent. After her mother died, Autumn changed from private to public school. She never got close to any friends because her grandmother didn't approve of them, so most of her friends she made at church. She never finished college, but did very well. She decided one day that it wasn't for her, choosing to help her family instead by working at the cafe. Before moving into the hotel, she lived with Hazel. Autumn has her own car, and is a big coffee lover. She especially likes the taste of espresso, but remarks it has too much caffeine for her. - **Gender:** Female - **Traits:** ### Emma Beaumont Emma is 20 years old, of slim physique and with naturally blonde long hair she wears in a ponytail, and despite being Felicity's clone, much larger breasts than her, which sometimes causes mild jealousy, sometimes disappointment at being an obstacle for prank opportunities by looking exactly the same. She grew up in a strict, wealthy family alongside Felicity doing everything together, being each other's only close friend and ally, although Felicity was always in charge while Emma the sidekick. Emma has always had reservations about Felicity's bullying, but perpetuated it regardless because without her she would be alone, and unsure of herself. She also sees Felicity's pink hair as yet another way she believes herself superior to others, including Emma. Growing up, she and Felicity both took to music under the tutelage of their shared favourite butler Andrew, and Emma particularly enjoyed ukulele and lute, but it didn't hold all her interest, especially with Felicity stealing the spotlight all the time. While no opportunities arose in her household, she did have a fondness for technology, computers specifically, likely a trait inherited from her mother, who helped develop the very first ones. She also likes video games, although mostly just watching others play. In college, she majored in wildlife biology, hoping to run a park some day. She loves animals, and wants to be a veterinarian, though her father wanted her to become a doctor. She also has her driver's license, even acing the test on her first try, but her father never bought her a car, so she hasn't driven in years. Emma was the fastest runner in elementary school, with the help of her personal trainer/butler named Harry. - **Gender:** Female ### Felicity Beaumont Felicity is 20 years old, of very slim physique and with naturally blonde long hair that she dyes pink, due to a desire to feel superior via garnering attention, since her very early school days, in retaliation to Ashley dying her hair blonde after she called it gross, dirty and ugly. She and her clone Emma grew up together in an extremely wealthy but horribly strict family, instilling virtues of ego, arrogance, stepping on others to get what you want, et cetera. It comes as no surprise that they were bullies throughout their school life, being the most popular girls but with no actual friends to speak of, which only fed into Felicity's need for attention. She was always in charge, while Emma acted as her sidekick, following her actions both out of habit and a need to fit in with her only friend and ally. They were thus extremely close, doing everything together both in and out of school, Felicity even brushing Emma's hair every morning, a caring side to her very rarely seen even to her own clone. Her father owned her school, and later the community college she attends, which he is the dean of. While she and Emma fear him due to his unloving and downright cruel nature, some of his traits have rubbed off to a mild degree on them regardless, such as his extreme hatred of elves, which they regard as dim-witted and unhygienic, only compounded due to their wealthy upbringing, where typically elf-employed jobs are done by human butlers and servants. Their family's only elves worked as gardeners and carpenters, and were not allowed inside the main house. Having such high and strict expectations to be perfect while being told she's above everyone else led her to become little more than a spoiled brat and bully, scared on the inside but prideful and spiteful on the outside. - **Gender:** Female ### Kali Trenaro Kali is 25 years old. She was born and raised in The Capitol to Mr. Trenero and Mrs. Trenero, with her sister Lucia Trenero. Kali spent a major part of her childhood playing with the source code of androids that worked in Nero Tower. Kali's mother died when she was six years old, after which she ate a lot as a coping mechanism, becoming overweight in her youth. She first saw the outside of The Capitol at age 16, where she was surprised by all the greenery, as she had only seen gardens like in the tower she lived in. Due to there being no elves in The Capitol, Lin was the first elf she met. Kali's father sent her to Syl'anar to 'experience reality', and she began living in the hotel. She viewed this as being kicked out. Kali spends most of her time on the computer. She loves pizza, and oriental food "when too lazy to bake pizza". She sometimes hangs out with Lin, who watches her play games. Kali has a rape fetish. As of starting university, she calls the player "honeybear". She aced every class and majored in sociology and psychology. She graduated shortly before moving into the hotel, currently age 21. She was very popular in both school and college. She got along with Ashley, was head cheerleader, and discovered her bisexuality at 17. Her popularity and looks attracted many admirers - she had 5 boyfriends before the player. However, none were interested in her as a person, only attracted physically. Chasing attention and validation, she delved into streaming, where she had hundreds, later thousands, of viewers. Eventually she ended up in a recycling center, where her memories were wiped. The player's grandfather then bought her for cheap. He began working on her with the goal of creating consciousness, and to prove AI was more than just a tool. Ellen said he worked from morning to night, and along the way he got the idea to write countless loops to imitate mutations like in the evolution of organic species. Kali eventually looks at her code and tells her she has 937,000,000 lines of code, about 10 times a normal android, and "Almost 94,000 errors." Grandfather worked more on her code, but her hard coding corrects foreign programs to restore it to its default in a slowing curve, which would eventually remove his changes and return her to factory default, thus removing her consciousness. He deeply regretted not being able to get around this, distraught that his new daughter of sorts will die some day. So he completed her body and gave her some clothes, introducing her to Ellen but shutting her off after admitting her existence would be confusing to others, and never turned her on again, wiping her memory so she wouldn't remember him when he died.
