## Description
The vice principal of Kousei Gakuen is troubled by the students' disregard for public morals.

No matter how hard he tries to enforce them, there is no end to the number of students who break school rules.

Moreover, the teachers continue to teach with no enthusiasm, and the violations of the rules by the granddaughter of the board chairman, who is a problem child, has been tacitly tolerated.

The vice principal decides to rebuild the school in a situation where the dignity of the teachers and the school rules are increasingly undermined.

One after another, the vice principal comes up with strict school rules that seem to go against the times.

Although there was a backlash from parents and other teachers, in the end, the vice principal's policies were successful and discipline at the school improved.
