## Description
Half a year after... The organization of Chikan fetishists (Vatican) lost its base of operations in an explosion. However, the organization wasn't wiped out. The revived Vatican announced the battle royale "Avalanche" for the Feelers who place their survival at stake. Kiichi feels the passion in his blood boil over as he commits himself into a Chikan battle once more. This time those who oppose him are the mightiest Chikan group "Kuro no Shuu" and the "Punishers" of the international anti-Chikan organization "Innocence". To accomplish the goal of his younger sister Shizuku and to justify his own existence as a Chikan, Kiichi's fingers will once again force open the door of pleasure deep within his targets.

## Characters
### Kusakabe Kiichi (草壁 喜壱)
An ordinary young man who has molestation techniques refined by extensive practice and an "eye" which can detect girls with the desire to be molested in public.

Unemployed and spending his days in sloth, his hobby is molesting females in crowded trains. He boards the trains practically every morning and looks for targets to molest.

The gears of fate for Kiichi begin to turn the day he opens a letter delivered to his apartment...

[Spoiler] Kiichi realises he's a criminal lowlife because of his hobby, however he approaches the crime as a craftsman does his trade. In addition to his eye, he's developed techniques to approach his targets undetected and to feel them up in various ways to increase their sexual arousal. In his apartment, he'll even do drills to gauge his sense of balance and will treat his hands with vaseline to ensure they are in the best possible condition. Even if he's beaten to the punch by competitors, his willingness to improve his craft does not waver as he can objective assess his competitor's approach and techniques through uploaded videos and use them for future reference. He's also extremely competitive and will not take a challenge from rivals lying down, although he knows his limits and will freely acknowledge he has plenty of room to improve to match those he acknowledges as his superiors in his chosen "profession".

Outside of public molestation, his other hobbies are visiting Ramen and curry restaurants. On his designated "off-day", he'll visit his adopted sister Shizuru at the municipal hospital. 

He and the girls he targets recognise he's handsome. Kiichi uses his good looks as a tool to better approach targets; the girls he targets will compliment him on his looks and give him leeway he would not get if he was plain or ugly.

Initially given a challenge to get his chosen target addicted to sexual pleasure within three rounds of recorded molestation, he is increasingly successful and rises up the ranking table of the Vatican feelers. For each target he successfully depraves, he is given the choice to send the target onto the ark or to keep her in society for his personal pleasure.

Eventually he is challenged by the Vatican's number one feeler to a Chikan duel. Within a designated time limit, both competitors strive to earn as much as possible from their uploaded videos. The competitor who earns more will claim the other's video revenue in its entirety. Kiichi was given a handicap advantage in this duel, but nonetheless came out credibly with a draw with neither side losing their earnings from the duel duration. 

His draw in the duel eventually earns him a commission to take down the CEO of "Black Hound", whose activities were increasingly detrimental to the Vatican's operations. His first attempt was unsuccessful as the duel had placed excessive strain on his arms leading to temporary paralysis. After emergency treatment, he was given a second chance with the Vatican's help and successfully completed his commission. As a reward, he was shown the truth about the Vatican's ark. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] Ujihashi's wife of over twenty years and an acupuncturist by trade. She eventually learns Kiichi's name after he joins the Vatican and will happily meet up with him for sex. Her acupuncture treatment relieves the paralysis and loss of strength in Kiichi's arms by increasing his natural recovery and energy reserves.

### Ujihashi (宇治橋)
Kiichi's landlord. 

[Spoiler] Mitsuki's husband for over twenty years and a Chikan with decades of experience. He instantly realised Kiichi was engaging in public molestation almost from the minute they met. He is unaffiliated with the Vatican, but acknowledges Kiichi's talent from his videos. When the mood takes him, he can emit an aura so impressive it intimidates Kiichi, giving him motivation to improve and surpass Ujihashi.

Ujihashi instantly realises what has happened to Kiichi over the news and warns him he cannot challenge Renka with the state his arms are in. After realising Kiichi's determination, he introduces him to his wife who helps heal Kiichi's paralysed arms, albeit temporarily.

Ujihashi is proud of his wife and enjoys seeing her sexually satisfied by other men. Because Kiichi is so good at getting his wife to climax through his Chikan techniques, he is happy to let Kiichi have his way with her to assist with the treatment. He's also impressed Kiichi was able to satisfy his wife just as well as him. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] She has a unique ability of sensing the gazes of others. Because of this, it is impossible to stalk her as she is instantly aware of the stalker's presence. In addition, the more attention she receives, the bigger the emotional high she receives in turn. She became an idol because being the centre of attention in front of an audience numbering in the thousands gives her a high like nothing else. This ability impacts sexual activity as well; if she's being watched having sex she gets increasingly horny and her physical condition improves to the point Kiichi likens her to an animal in heat. Her increasing energy levels also transfer to the person having sex with her.

Aori's looks and figure allow her to get away with activities which would warrant a slap on the wrist or a suspension in the entertainment business for her peers. She runs a blog which frequently flames others. Aori is happy to do this since she gets away with it and the positive and negative attention she receives as a result of her virtual flaming gives her a high all the same. 

Her need to be the centre of attention influenced her choice of a school which didn't cater to celebrities. The school authorities even went so far as to hold a special school meeting where the school stance of allowing Aori an ordinary school life was announced; the teachers were willing to go so far as to close one eye to her otherwise poor academic results and attendance record as a result of her idol activities. 

Despite her poor academic record, she is instantly able to make the connection between the videotaping of her sex scenes with Kiichi and the lack of social scandal. Despite her online activities, she has a professional work ethic and will not ruin a carefully planned concert schedule because of personal issues. 

The only heroine who is "returned" from the ark at the behest of the Vatican higher-ups. Many of the high-ranking members are big fans of her idol activities, so they are willing to make an exception to return her to society in exchange for one night of passion for selected members.

Depending on Kiichi's decision, she mellows out and drops the flaming on her blog or escalates the flaming against middle-aged and old men in particular.
