## Description
After killing her abusive father and being decided that it was in self defense, Mai a young gloomy girl is sent to a women dormitory called “Wardsworth” in the city of Liz Shoala.

There she hopes to find her lost sister and her reason to live Sanae. But soon her hopes are crushed by reality, not only does she not find her but also it seems that she was never there to begin with and nobody knows about her existence.

That's when she mets Ninomiya Shiina and her story begins...

A girl living at the girls’ dormitory in Liz Shoara. Her father went mad and pulled a knife on her, and died in an accident that resulted from Mai’s resistance. Mai, chained to that room and left behind alone, nearly died of starvation, but a city official saved her life and gave her shelter. An investigation confirmed the disappearance of her mother Phyllis, and the orphaned Mai was taken over to the girls’ dormitory.

She gives off a quiet and gloomy vibe. Because of the abuse she suffered by her parents as a child, she has put up a wall in her heart. And while she has an extremely high IQ, her knowledge and expressions of emotions lack uniformity as she is mostly uneducated, and she sometimes takes unusual action as a result.

Enigma Games' lead programmer, who helped develop World's Odyssey alongside Shiina. In the midst of a frightening scandal, he discovers his former colleague inside of their cancelled game. In order to help Shiina on her quest, Arata manipulates the game's code in real-time, fixing bugs that threaten the lives of her and her party. It is up to Arata to travel between the game and the real world to investigate the mystery of Shiina's disappearance...

He uses the Enigma Games' bear mascot character Enigma as a skin when he enters World's Odyssey. Its primary function is for administrative use, giving a friendly face to moderators who could enforce fair play within the game. In the events of the game, Arata uses "Mr. Enigma" to communicate with Shiina and interact with her party members. Because Mr. Enigma's function is communication, he cannot participate in battle.
