In the course of his investigations a Scotland Yard detective meets a young blonde girl who brandishes a shortblade. 

Inspired by the true legend of the serial killer, with a fictionalized alternative conclusion. 
Also includes the Curse of the Hope Diamond and the murders of Sweeney Todd.
