"Ouka Island," an island once bustling with life...

With a circumference of just over one kilometer, the island nevertheless prospered with coal production, and at its peak was packed with 10-story buildings, boasting a population density that surpassed that of Tokyo.

With a public park, a shrine, even a school and a hospital, "Ouka Island" was a fine city despite its small scale.

However, due to main energy production switching from coal to oil, the island's coal mine was closed down.

As there were no other industries beside coal, most of the inhabitants had left the island in the span of over 3 months later.

Now even the buildings have been reduced to ruins......

An era sealed away...... "Ouka Island," an island of ruins, of which even memories have faded away, is where the story unfolds.
