## Description
The reign of the demon king Hadasht was a calm and peaceful one. His governance was welcomed by most as it healed the scars of the Great War that preceeded it. So when news of his death spread across the land, it was met with surprise, sadness and grief. Yet there were some who smiled with glee as he had not named a successor prior to his death.

It soon became apparent that a struggle for power would break out between the ten largest demon families. At the sign of impending chaos, ambitious individuals took advantage of the situation to begin selling their services for a better life. Fabio is a young man with these aspirations, but he was turned away every time. This was because he was incubus who was viewed to think with his lower body and corrupts public morals with his presence alone. Despite these harsh words, he pressed on and finally was taken in by Primtine, the lowest ranked of the ten demons vying for the throne. He vowed loyalty to her and swore to make her the new demon king by any means possible.

## Characters
### Fabio (ファビオ)
An oddity amongst his kind, he has spent centuries learning his craft as a military adviser in hopes he can serve under one of the contenders of the empty throne. He remains undaunted by repeated failures and hopes to serve someone in order to overcome the prejudice against his kind as demons who are driven entirely by their libidos. His other great wish is to assist his chosen master in claiming the empty throne, for if he's unworthy to hold the position then the next best thing is to be the trusted adviser to the contender who does ascend to the throne.

[Spoiler] Having endured a childhood of constant bullying from his sisters (bordering on outright abuse), he has zero sexual experience when he is recruited and was spared from seeing women as a source of trauma by his brief friendship with the young Farinasea. After Primtine recruits him, she shows him his natural gifts are not something to be scorned and awakens his natural talents which are then used to seduce female captives to work for Primtine's cause.

Part of his job as military adviser requires him to innovate and expand the castle dungeons where invaders are enticed in and defeated in detail to remove the disadvantage in numbers Primtine's forces face from the outset.

His mana is of average quality and quantity relative to the rest of the realm's denizens. Although he is not a warrior, he puts his life on the line to defend his chosen Master from all threats.

His polite and diplomatic nature wins him the respect of all who serve under Primtine, but it invites misunderstanding amongst the major and minor characters. [/Spoiler]

### Eleonora (エレオノーラ)
The ninth of the realm's Ten Great Nobles, she announces her entry into the war for the throne by firing her great Mana Cannon at Primtine's stronghold along with a formal declaration of war. If she wins the war, she hopes to create a demon realm which would be free of prejudice and give hope to depressed and bullied children.

[Spoiler] The scion of a newly-made family with great wealth, her heterochromia makes her the victim of bullying in her formative years as it was a trait shared by one of the infamous tyrants of the demon realm. The bullying briefly made her a shut-in until she came across the mana cannon and swore she would buy it for herself. As her parents refused to buy it on her behalf, she started the demon realm's first delivery company which eventually became so successful (through hard work and considerable trial and error) she was able to buy the cannon for herself. 

The aforementioned mana cannon is the artifact which affirms her status as one of the Ten Great Nobles in addition to her huge mana capacity. She was nominated for the position by Karkel who realised his master would not pay attention to a minor noble and obstruct the nomination. Looking at the eternal cheerful and optimistic Eleonora helped Karkel forget his plight, so he nominated her since doing so would increase the frequency of their meetings thanks to their respective positions. 

When she is captured after losing the decisive battle with Primtine's forces, Fabio successfully converts her to the cause by offering his own virginity to her and claiming hers in the process. Despite the earlier declaration of war, neither Primtine nor herself bear each other any ill will. She spends her time after enlistment tinkering with the mana cannon, buying products from her delivery company and organising victory parties for the army after decisive battles.

In her ending, she writes an autobiography of her experiences in the Succession War and hopes to use it as an inspiration for bullied children. If Fabio proposes to her, she marries him in her True End. [/Spoiler]

### Farinasea (ファリナセア)
The youngest child of the family which has always served under the reigning monarch as its most trusted adviser, she is the current head of her clan and has declared neutrality in the ongoing Succession War. She struck up a friendship with Fabio when they were younger and still treats him as a long-lost first love.

[Spoiler] Her parents chose her to be the next head of the family and raised her to be worthy of the position from a young age. In addition to the pressure of expectation, her older siblings resented her new status and subjected her to incessant bullying. As a result she had a lonely and stressful childhood and cried often when alone. When she was moved to a country house on the orders of her mother to recuperate, she met Fabio by accident and shared many happy memories playing with him. Although she was eventually separated from him, her memory of their shared experiences helped her overcome the pressure and bullying, eventually assuming her position as head of the clan and sending her older siblings off on political marriages to remote corners of the kingdom.

The halberd she wields amplifies her natural affinity to control lightning and serves as the artefact which cements her status as a Great Noble. 

She has a slightly warped personality as a result of her upbringing and undying infatuation for Fabio. Possesses an enormous collection of romance novels (with a few penned by herself) in her castle, which she is too embarrassed to mention to Primtine when she starts the castle consuming process. She also has unshakeable faith in absolute violence in the name of "corrective discipline" against her bullying siblings who tried her patience too far...

She will only join Primtine's faction as a companion in her route. In her ending, she serves as Fabio's bodyguard (together with Ardbelt) when he tours the realm on official duty. In her true end, she bears Fabio's child who inherits both her lightning abilities and Fabio's incubus traits. [/Spoiler]

### Karin (カリン)
The Seventh of the Ten Great Nobles, she does not possess a castle and wanders the realm. She turns up unexpectedly in the castle in three of the routes and stays without explaining why. In exchange for food and lodging, she will stay by Primtine's side and defend her from direct attack. She is uninterested in the Succession War as she has another motive for staying as an uninvited guest.

[Spoiler] The older of the first pair of foxes formed from primordial chaos at the dawn of time, she has lived through the entire history of the demon realm and knows aspects of its monarchs which have been lost to history. Before she was nominated by Farinasea to her current position, she roamed the realm as a thief stealing from corrupt officials. 

The O-tachi 幻斬り which embodies her status as one of the great nobles is entrusted under the castle's care and is never used except in her route. Although Karin herself has immense reserves of mana, she does not miss an opportunity to top up the sword's mana with anyone she can extort it from, as wielding it expends huge amounts of mana over and above her own capacity so it is only drawn when she finds her nemesis.

A hedonist, Karin has lived through millennia searching for the demon who killed her younger brother (Izayoi) in search for revenge. Until she finds her brother's killer, she spends her free time drinking alcohol or having sexual encounters with women. When she drinks too much, she forces herself on the female inhabitants of Primtine's castle and will only back off if the intended victim is engaged. 

In her route, she eventually falls in love with Fabio (who shares many of her deceased younger brother's traits) and avenges her brother's murder. As she detests being burdened by formal responsibility and is easily bored, she eventually kidnaps Fabio in her true end and wanders the now-unified demon realm with him as thieves. [/Spoiler]

### Primtine (プリムティーネ)
The youngest and most inexperienced of the Ten Great Nobles, she is given her title and the castle which affirms her status by her father, the Demon King Hadasht, prior to his sudden death. When Eleanora declares war and she meets Fabio for the first time, she has hardly any followers as everyone who should have served under her dismissed her chances of victory in the upcoming Succession War and switches allegiance to her older brother. She hires Fabio after a short interview and entrusts him with the position of chief military adviser and strategist. She participates in the Succession War to restore the realm to its former peaceful state under her father's rule and to uncover the truth behind his mysterious death.

[Spoiler] She is born with an immeasurable mana capacity which could be fatal to those around her when she occasionally lost control. Her mother died during childbirth as a result of her huge mana reserves, a fact Primtine has always blamed herself for. The flame tree castle (炎樹城) is linked to her and she is capable of moving it by channelling her mana reserves into it. When the castle is under attack, she is also capable of changing the interior at will in response to the tactical situation. As a side effect, keeping the tree under control drains her mana reserves to the point they are so low that Fabio himself is surprised that his personal reserves were higher than hers when they first meet.

Despite her age and inexperience, she is capable of inspiring her subordinates with eloquent pre-battle speeches and has the capacity to rule the demon realm in a fair and just manner. 

She's addicted to coffee and is very particular with her instructions to Fabio on how to prepare her favourite beverage. Although she does drink other beverages, she clearly suffers from withdrawal symptoms when she's deprived of the drink for long periods.

She ascends to the throne on all four character routes, but in her own route she also marries Fabio and is pregnant with his child. [/Spoiler]

### Alpha (アルファ)
One of many robots created by a long-deceased hermit researcher, she and her fellow robots are awakened when Primtine's castle passes through the area. They activate and attack the castle to ensure their long-dead master (who has been dead for centuries) is not disturbed from his rest.

[Spoiler] Fabio discovers Alpha is one of many robots primarily powered by electricity. Despite their low mana capacity, they are capable of parallel processing and learn at a phenomenally accelerated rate through sharing of information. As a side effect, the clones lose their individuality and are barely distinguishable by their model numbers. 

Fabio initially makes a contract with model #68 after having sex with her and teaching her something which she cannot access in her knowledge archives. When #68 returns to her lab for repairs, #74 takes her place and is similarly deflowered by Fabio. 

In the end, the robots leave the lab to explore the world and are grateful to Fabio for teaching them about things they couldn't learn about when confined to their laboratory. [/Spoiler]

### Ardbelt (アードベルト)
The firstborn of Demon King Hadasht, he is the most powerful of the Ten Great Nobles and the candidate most likely to prevail in the Succession War. Although he inherited the title of 天魔 previously held by his father, he was never named as his successor which sparked the current Succession War.

[Spoiler] Ambitious and extremely arrogant, he offers Primtine an opportunity to surrender when they finally meet at the end of Farinasea's route. He shares the typical prejudice of demonkind against Fabio's kind and dismisses him as unworthy of his time and of Farinasea's affections. He was privy to the secret behind Primtine's castle and was suspected of behind his father's murder.

He nominated Grail as a Great Noble and sponsored his research into creating an invincible undead army to keep the promise made with his dying mother; that Primtine be kept safe from harm at whatever the cost. He dismissed his father's method of ruling as weak and ineffectual, believing the only way to properly administer the demon realm is through indomitable power. Although he knew the truth behind his father's sudden death, he chose not to share it with his sister to keep her safe from Volja.

His artefact 天を統べる物 allows him to freely manipulate the flow of mana in a given area. Since mana sustains the vitality of all inhabitants, Ardbelt is very difficult to kill provided he can sustain himself with an unlimited source of mana from the atmosphere. 

In Farinasea's ending he serves as Fabio's bodyguard and grudgingly accepts their relationship. He cannot oppose his sister's will as she begins to increasingly resemble their father with each passing day and is terrifying when crossed. [/Spoiler]

### Chiikyu (チーキュ)
A member of a provincial clan of vampires in a remote area of the demon realm, she and her kin are roused into action when Primtine's castle passes through and they are reminded that Fabio, an incubus which the clan despises as a race, is Primtine's military adviser. Chiikyu and her kin require blood to slake the thirst of their souls, but they will only accept virgin blood as that is the only one which suits their tastes.

[Spoiler] The provincial nature of Chiikyu and her kin means she is unaware that her usual ability of manipulating a victim whose blood she has consumed by mind control does not work against incubi and succubi who are too close in nature to them. When she consumes Fabio's blood, she is induced into a drunken state allowing Fabio to rape her and extract a promise of cooperation.

After joining Primtine's army, Chiikyu is not permitted to drink Primtine's blood and is faced with considerable withdrawal symptoms from lack of feeding. She refuses Fabio's offer to drink his blood (since she doesn't want a repeat of her drunken state) but is eventually forced to have sex with Fabio to alleviate her blood withdrawal symptoms (lack of blood increases her libido to uncontrollable levels)

In her ending, she returns to her village and brags about her achievements fighting in Primtine's army. She does reduce the prejudice of her kind against incubi and succubi thanks to her relationship with Fabio. [/Spoiler]

### Draga (ドラガ)
A member of the Draga clan, whose bloodline has traces of Dragon ancestry. Their lifestyles mirror their dragon ancestors, which includes hibernation during winter. When Primtine's castle passes through the area, they are prematurely awakened and attack the castle in retaliation for its invasion of their territory.

[Spoiler] Dragon ancestry gives Draga and her kin to ability to breathe fire and blesses them with incredibly robust physiques. On the other hand she and her kin cannot transform like true dragons can. When Fabio rapes her, she eventually yields to him as she challenged him to a duel in exchange for her service and climaxed first, which she interpreted as a loss.

After she is enlisted, her physique wins her the admiration of other demons in awe of her physical prowess. She eventually musters the courage to ask Fabio for bondage sex as a reward for her achievements in battle, which he is happy to oblige.

In her end, she returns to her clan and shares her war stories with them. She does her best to conceal her rope burns from her kin as she is too embarrassed to admit she's a hardened masochist from repeated sex with Fabio. [/Spoiler]

### Eiki-chan (影鬼ちゃん)
A member of a clan of wraiths who inhabit dark caves and attack passing demons to feed off them, the cave she and her clan inhabits collapses when Primtine's castle passes through. She and her clan vow revenge and attack the castle.

[Spoiler] The first Eiki was allegedly a girl who committed suicide in another world upon the death of her lover and her unquiet soul ended up in the demon realm. For this reason Eiki and her kin are uncomfortable with red ropes, strings and threads as they were supposed to be a symbol of binding love. 

After Fabio rapes her and she joins the castle's army, Eiki repeatedly stalks Fabio by staying in his shadow and watching him work. As this is potentially disastrous due to his handling of confidential information, Fabio tries various methods to convince her to stay away and only succeeds when he uses bondage sex with electric shock on her. 

Eiki's ability to inhabit shadows as well as dark and quiet places unnerves the other castle residents, giving rumours of a ghost haunting the castle. Fabio realises it will need time for the castle denizens to get used to Eiki as she doesn't attack her allies.

In her end, Eiki eventually returns to her cave but feels lonely without Fabio. Once her enforced vacation ends, she plans to return to Fabio's side. [/Spoiler]

### Gangaid (ガンゲード)
Number Five of the Ten Great Nobles, Karin nominates him for the position on a whim. His absorption of the 叡智の実 grants him the universal wisdom of the demon realm. The seed of wisdom also serves as his artefact affirming his noble status.

His acquired intelligence leads Gangaid to despair of the current political state and motivates him to participate in the Succession War in order to create a new world order.

[Spoiler] He serves as the final boss in Eleanora's route when her misguided attempt to use the mana cannon to resolve the battle in favour of her beloved Fabio backfires spectacularly. The resulting explosion destroys the seed of wisdom, devolving Gangaid to a primitive mental state which is driven by revenge and an insatiable hunger.

The explosion scatters Gangaid's essence to the various corners of the demon realm, where his incredible regenerative powers allow the various fragments to reform into new forms which consume and absorb the powers of his victims. Eventually Gangaid succeeds in consuming Farinasea and Volja along with the powers, inadvertently accelerating the conclusion of the Succession War as Fabio and Eleanora eventually find an effective method of countering the slime's regeneration. ### Goulg (グールグ)
A member of a clan of extreme masochists, Goulg and her kind wrap themselves in bandages as it facilitates bondage play, exhibitionist play and conveniently hides any injuries sustained during whipping play and other potentially skin-marking sex plays. When they first lay eyes on Primtine's castle, they imagine the perfect extreme sadist master resides in it and attack the castle in hopes of being enslaved under this perfect master.

[Spoiler] Fabio is initially unsure what to make of the masochistic pervert, eventually he uses his innate talents to win Goulg over. Castle residents who mock Goulg for her perverse habits are eventually left trembling with fear as Goulg attempts to "convince" them of the merits of masochistic sex play.

Fabio is eventually forced to use reverse psychology to convince Goulg to fight the enemy properly during battles instead of treating them as a chance for receiving punishment as a consequence for failure.

In her end, she is almost forced to return to her clan home for a vacation. Although extremely unwilling to leave the source of her masochistic pleasures, she eventually convinces herself it's another form of sadistic torture and enjoys its duration while pining for a quick return to the castle. ### Grail (グレイル)
The Sixth of the Ten Great Nobles, he is nominated by Ardbelt for the position and enjoys his patronage. In accordance with Ardbelt's wishes, he seeks a way to bring the dead back to life. His primary motivation is to bring back his lost love Beatrice, with whom he made a promise that he would save as many lives as possible when he was famous as a skilled healer before her death drove him mad.

[Spoiler] His ability to create a toxic fog which is lethal to the living and raises the dead back to life as mindless zombies stems from his artefact 生霧. Although his partner Beatrice has been dead for centuries, he has never lost hope of reviving her and deeply resents Primtine for interfering with his research. He has no ambitions for the throne, but is in full agreement with Ardbelt in the creation of a world populated by undying beings. [/Spoiler]

### Guark (グォーク)
The eighth of the Ten Great Nobles, it has no castle and wanders the realm like Karin. Since time immemorial it has been spotted at battlefields and over time developed a reputation as a premonition of impending death. Grail took an interest in the unique nature of the Guork's mana, performed some research on it and then nominated the flying rock to the position of Great Noble. Nobody opposed the nomination, so Guork received the title despite its nature as a floating rock.

[Spoiler] The final boss of Karin's route, Guork is revealed to be the spirit of the beast which originally inhabited the flame tree and ravaged the demon realm until its soul was split from its body and sealed by one of the previous monarchs. It has wandered the realm since searching for its body, once reunited it plans to destroy the demon realm. Guork killed Karin's younger brother Izayoi eons ago and Karin was initially unaware that her fellow noble was the nemesis she had been searching over millennia for.

As the original master of the flame tree, Guork can interfere with Primtine's control of the castle, which in gameplay terms forces players to engage in battles with whatever enemy is on the tile at the present point.

It is eventually destroyed for good when Karin wields 幻斬り to strike it down in her route. She is the only one able to stop it as the rock's hardness renders it almost invulnerable against all attacks, even going so far as to seriously injure Volja and Ardbelt when they are duelling. [/Spoiler]

### Haneko (ハネコ)
A member of a fairy clan, she and her kin sneak into the castle (which is treated as an attack by the defenders) to play pranks on its inhabitants. The Haneko clan is well-known for its mischievous nature but it is not hated by other demons as they keep within acceptable boundaries with their antics.

[Spoiler] Haneko is mischievous and quick to jump to conclusions. After giving Fabio a bodyjob, she proclaims herself to be Fabio's lover in public which gives him no end of frustration. She even twists his declaration that they can't be lovers due to their physical incompatibility by proving she can physically endure his insertion.

In her end, she returns to her clan and further spreads the misconception that Fabio is a pervert who gets sexually excited when having intercourse with fairies... [/Spoiler]

### Inori (イノリ)
The alleged descendant of a clan of angels who fell to the demon realm thousands of years ago, she and her kin have never given up hope of returning to the place of their forefathers. When Primtine's castle passes through the area, Inori mistakenly assumes the castle is the "ark" (ハコブネ) which will return them to the heavens and assaults the castle together with her kin.

[Spoiler] After Inori is captured, she sticks to her guns and berates Fabio for deceiving her and the other fallen angels about the castle's true nature. The clan of fallen angels does not mingle with other denizens of the demon realm and as a result is not well informed about political events like the Succession War. Fabio eventually gets Inori on his side by role-playing a Demon Lord and using sex (and Inori's penchant for jumping to conclusions) to win her over.

Although a capable subordinate, Fabio has trouble dealing with Inori's exaggerated overreaction to simple requests. 

In her end, she refuses to leave Fabio's side when the Succession War is concluded and even schemes to make Fabio her own by getting impregnated by his seed. Her subservient demeanour and efficient nature remain unchanged despite her new aspirations. [/Spoiler]

### Karkel (カーケル)
Number Four of the Ten Great Nobles, his nomination by Volja came as a great surprise to influential demon realm as he is considered plain, unassuming and has mana reserves not commensurate with the other Great Nobles. He is widely recognised as Volja's lackey and never acts independently.

[Spoiler] Volja learnt about the true nature of Karkel's artefact and killed him repeatedly until Karkel relented and agreed to serve. His nomination as a Great Noble followed soon afterwards. Karkel never asked to be a Great Noble and was happy to live quietly in a remote village repaying a debt of gratitude to his relatives.

Karkel's artefact, 深淵の歯車, has the ability to reverse time. Unfortunately for Karkel it only activates at the moment of his death and only reverses time to the point prior to his cause of death. Armed with this knowledge he can avoid death on the battlefield by "dying" countless times and using the knowledge gained to live through battles. Volja uses Karkel as a scout and battlefield adviser, relying on him to read the enemy's next move and to counter appropriately. Karkel remembers the pain each time he is killed, so he desperately wishes to leave his state of servitude.

When Fabio was rejected from serving under Karkel, there was a long line of potential hopefuls despite Karkel's subservience to Volja's cause. [/Spoiler]

### Mama (マーマ)
A member of a clan of exclusively female demons, they are not widely known but are infamous for their excessively potent motherly instincts. Mama with the help of her kin attacks the castle in hopes of securing a suitable male to impregnate her as per her clan's custom.

[Spoiler] Fabio does not immediately recognise Mama for what she is until he is coerced into having sex with her. Fortunately for him his incubus nature prevents Mama from brainwashing him and he is in turn able to win her over to Primtine's cause.

Despite her appearance as a young girl, Mama and her kin embark on journeys looking for suitable males to bear their children. The children will always be female and are raised back in the Mama village to replenish the clan's numbers. After she is pregnant, the father is usually discarded. In the process of finding the appropriate seed, Mamas have developed a sinister reputation for smothering their potential targets with excessive motherly love which usually leaves their victims completely dependent on the Mama.

After recruitment, Mama tends to the psychological needs of homesick demons fighting for Farinase's cause. Fabio managed to extract a promise from her that she would not entrap males inside the castle for impregnation, so she uses her motherly nature to alleviate the soldier's emotional desires for comfort. Mama and her kin are also biologically programmed to mother others on a periodic basis or excessive stress builds up within them.

In her end, Mama returns to her village with Fabio's child as her quest is complete. Atypically, she hopes to return to Fabio's side together with their daughter after enough time has past. [/Spoiler]

### Ms. Maid (冥土さん)
A graduate of the famous 冥土 academy which trains girls with potential to serve under socially important members of demon society. To distinguish themselves from regular serving maids, all graduates refer to themselves with the name of the academy when searching for potential employers.

One graduate sent a questionnaire to the Flame Tree castle looking for potential employers. Fabio returned the questionnaire and the letter of recommendation (half in jest) but he was immediately identified by the playable Maid as her suitable employer for life. Under the assessment criteria of intelligence, wealth and martial prowess, Fabio meets the first condition and should meet the second benchmark provided he succeeds in elevating Primtine to the throne. It is the third condition that triggers an attack by the Maid contingent as they seek to find out for themselves if Fabio meets the required standard (all of them are trained in the arts of battle).

[Spoiler] After Maid is captured, she makes an immediate offer to work under Fabio as he has satisfied all three of her basic conditions for employment. For the final test, she tests him on his sexual prowess which he passes with some difficulty.

Prior to her acceptance in the academy, she was a street child who lived rough and survived by her wits. It took centuries for her to acquire the skillset demanded by the academy, but she can still display the language and demeanour of a street ruffian when required.

A closet masochist, she goes as far as deliberately breaking vases in Fabio's vicinity in hope she is punished in a sexual manner for her misdemeanour. It takes Fabio a while to work out this unusual ploy, especially as the vases are not the property of Primtine and are bought by Maid at her personal expense.

In her end, she does not leave Fabio's side and continues to clean the castle and assist Fabio in his tasks. Her habit of "accidentally" breaking vases in Fabio's presence remains unchanged. [/spoiler]

### Shirohebi-sama (白蛇様)
A younger member of the ancient Shirohebi clan, she is not yet in service to anyone when Primtine's castle moves through clan territory. Primtine has unwittingly violated an ancient agreement that prevents anyone from entering Shirohebi territory, an affront which riles the Shirohebi clan and drives them to attack the castle in retaliation.

[Spoiler] All Shirohebi possess strong magic resistance, so Fabio is forced to rely on his technique alone to break Shirohebi's resistance and force her to work for him. Although she is talented like the rest of her kin, she is immature and slightly spoiled by her upbringing which makes it difficult for her to ask Fabio directly for sex as a reward for good work.

In her end, she returns to her kin and boasts about her achievements in Primtine's army. She gets a little carried away doing so and eventually makes the decision to tell her parents that she wishes to serve under Fabio on a lifetime basis, which is apparently a major decision for Shirohebi and isn't to be taken lightly... [/Spoiler]

### Volja (ボルジャ)
Number Three of the Ten Great Nobles, he previously served under Hadasht as his most trusted lieutenant. His title was given to him by Hadasht as a compromise to help end the war which preceded Hadasht's reign. However, he was out of favour with Hadasht in the latter years of the reign because of his potentially treasonous actions.

[Spoiler] Volja was besotted with Hadasht's wife Aristea, who was a direct descendant of the first demon king and was fighting to reunify the realm in the midst of a devastating civil war. Volja's feelings were unrequited and he looked down on Hadasht as an upstart commoner, a feeling which was accelerated when Primtine's birth was a contributing factor to Aristea's premature death. After acquiring Karkel as his lackey, he eventually assassinated Hadasht after the king was weakened by another of Primtine's uncontrollable mana bursts. Together with Ardbelt, he is considered among the frontrunners for the vacant throne when Fabio is employed by Primtine.

In Primtine's route, he inadvertently confesses to being behind Hadasht's murder. Thanks to Fabio's scheme, he is separated from Karkel in the decisive battle and falls after a great battle in Primtine's presence. With his death, the death of Primtine's father and older brother are avenged. 

In the other routes, he is killed by the other nobles in some form or another. [/Spoiler]

Although his talent is undisputed, his arrogant and overbearing demeanour make him the most unpopular of the Ten Great Nobles.
