The author of the Kimijima Reports, who died several years ago. It turns out that he works for the Committee of 300 and caused the Anemone-gou incident which was in fact an experiment that would have killed all the test subjects; This was stopped by Misaki who killed him. However before his death he uploaded his consciousness to the internet and lives on through Iru-o, and now plans to execute the Committee's plans by inducing a massive solar flare that will kill the majority of the population of Earth. He uses the Kimijima Reports to manipulate people, and he has Geji-nee and Misaki (who was brainwashed by him) do his bidding in the virtual and real worlds respectively. In the end he is defeated by Kai using a virus created to destroy him by Daru.

Misaki Senomiya is a scientist who works as a spokesperson for the company EXOSKELETON and the estranged older sister of [url=/c36543]Akiho Senomiya[/url], as well as an old friend of [url=/c36544]Kaito Yashio[/url]. She founded the Tanegashima High Robotics Club and started building Gunbuild-1, which Akiho was determined to complete.

[spoiler]She is the secondary antagonist of the visual novel and anime series Robotics;Notes. Initially portrayed as a very cold person who thinks little of her sister, Misaki is ultimately revealed to have been brainwashed by Kou Kimijima, who controls her in order to accomplish what he couldn't during his lifetime.[/spoiler]

[Spoiler]Moeka was a constantly bullied social outcast; she desperately tried to make friends and find a place to belong, but failed miserably due to her social paranoia. In 2004, she fell into a deep depression due to hating everything and being hopeless, thinking that she no longer had a reason to live, Moeka decided to suicide. She drank several sleeping pills, hoping that she would die, but to no avail. As the pills were not working, her final attempt was to jump off a large building. At that moment, she received a mail from the enigmatic FB recruiting her to the Rounders, a SERN unit, changing her life forever. As FB often communicated with Moeka and acted as a mother figure towards her, speaking with Moeka about her problems and comforting her, she came to see FB as the person that gave her life meaning and devoted every waking moment to sending mails to them and carrying out their given orders, developing a dependency on FB and their mails. When that relationship which meant life to Moeka required her to kill someone, she killed. By taking another’s life, her life retained meaning. While Moeka is capable of carrying out atrocities for acceptance, she strives to be loved and has the potential to be a good person if led in the right direction.

Okabe often just calls her assistant or one of a number of nicknames he comes up with, such as "Christina", "the Zombie", and "Celeb Sev", none of which she likes. She is considered a tsundere character; she dislikes this characterization as well, strongly objecting whenever Daru mentions it.

Rintarou is an eccentric individual, a self-proclaimed mad scientist and often refers to himself under the alias of Hououin Kyouma, which is also the name he uses to introduce himself to other people. [url=/c6491]Mayuri[/url] and [url=/c6493]Daru[/url] refer to him by the nickname Okarin, a portmanteau of his surname and given name. He is the founder of what he calls the "Future Gadget Laboratory" in Akihabara where he spends most of his time. Rintarou gives off the appearance of being delusional and paranoid, frequently referring to the "organization" that is after him, talking to himself on his phone, and engaging in fits of maniacal laughter. Most of the time he takes on a fairly arrogant personality. He is usually seen wearing a lab coat. [spoiler]As he experiments with time travel, he learns that he is the only one who possesses the ability to determine changes between different timelines, which he dubs "Reading Steiner".[/spoiler] The character is 18 years old and a first year student at Tokyo Denki University.

While consumer-use robots receiving the benefits of a networked society are becoming more widespread, the robot rebellion incident in February showed the vulnerability of that sort of information society. While it was a global crisis through the network, it was prevented by high school students of Tanegashima island, where the battle took place.

Half a year later. Tanegashima is flooded with people as it prepares for its summer festival. One of the high school students that saved the world from crisis, the protagonist Kaito Yashio, has since graduated and returns to his hometown of Tanegashima after a long time away.

During his return, he meets a middle-aged man named Itaru Hashida, who has a mutual friend and came to Tanegashima to see the sights. However, he cannot help but find his behavior strange. Although this man is actually a super hacker with world-class skills, Kaito has yet to learn this fact. Before long, events that disrupt everyday life start to repeatedly occur.

That was the sign of a conspiracy that is once again trying to throw the world into chaos.
