The city Mioka sits below a shrine dedicated to cats. Due to his parents' work situation, a young man, Kujou Ren, who is considerate of others, or, in a word, is kind, ended up moving to this city. He stood, now, as a transfer student facing his new school, Mioka Academy, all the while remembering those two weeks he had spent in this town as a child, and the how he had fallen in the love for the first time in his life during those two weeks.

At it was on that first day, where, after heading home having left his classmates with a rather middling first impression of him, he would be granted a unique power as he was struck by lightning during the onset of a sudden rainstorm.

From henceforth, the moment a girl so happened to merely give him the briefest of touches, or he tripped and bumped into one on his way down, his mind would be forcibly filled with the erotic fantasies from the mind of whomever he touched. Such was the mysterious power he gained.

As a result of this new ability, he ends up becoming acquainted with many of his fellow classmates.
