## Description
The protagonist of this story is the son of the protagonist from the previous work, and he is worried that he too will suffer from the same condition as his father - hyperspermia. One day, he finds an erotic book in his sister's room, which causes his genitalia to enlarge. Soon, his mother finds out and takes him to the hospital, where he is diagnosed with hyperspermia. The treatment prescribed is to release more sperm. The mother and sister do everything they can to help him, and even the mother of his classmate and a female doctor at the hospital assist him.

### Hobara Takumi (保原 巧)
He is rather quiet and an honor student with good grades and has many friends. But he only has male friends and no female friends.

He's not usually very talkative but is eager to talk about things that interest him. He loves his family but is somewhat distant from his mother, perhaps because he is going through puberty.

He wants to take care of her,  but is a little uncomfortable with her and keeps his distance.
He gets along with his sister but they aren't close either.

He is slender, fair-skinned, and cute with bright eyes.
