## Description
A complex western science-fiction visual novel where the player is the Hive Mind controlling five characters spread across four species. When tragedy strikes, and a mysterious rescue mission goes horribly wrong, the survivors will be plunged into a conflict pitting morals and choices against neurology and a threat as old as the stars. 

We sent Laika to space, and she died there. For better or worse, wherever there is a dog, man is never alone.

## Characters
### Hereford
Hereford is the "left foot" of the Hive, part of a pair. He's what happens when you pack a gene-hacked pygmy marmoset with an IQ of 260 into a life-support tank, and then drop that tank into a fourteen-tonne mechanical wrecking ball from hell. 

​He's the sweet and gentle sort, honest. If you ask nicely, he'll fold you an origami crane out of a chunk of your hull.

### Libby
Libby is the "right foot" of the Hive. She's what happens when you press-gang an angry monkey with an IQ of 275 into a Hive-mind, and then slap her into an upgraded version of Hereford's chassis. Faster, smarter, stronger, meaner, she's everything Humanity could ask for. If only they had asked.

But don't worry. She won't take it out on you. That's what your shipwrecked hull is for.

### Molly
The "mouth" and voice of the Hive-Mind, Molly is the communications specialist. Fluent in eighteen languages and twelve digital communications protocols, she was engineered, born, and bred to be the voice of the rescue team. 

Molly's the bridge between man and dog, engineered from the genome up to more than the sum of her genetic roots. A cup of human, a cup of german shepherd, and a tablespoon each of mynah bird and mocking bird for echolaliac transmutation, she's born and bred for translating.

Rocco has the finest sense of smell in the solar system, and he's hooked up to the greatest 'nose' humanity has ever imagined.
