## Description
In Sandicht- a small village far away from the country's capital, Anselm- lived the protagonist Claire Eithéa with her parents. Though poor, they lead happy lives.

For a long time, the king, Anselia, had lead his country to prosperity under an absolute monarchical rule. However, the king had suddenly fallen ill and collapsed, throwing the country into chaos. As Anselia became gradually more and more disturbed, a sudden outbreak of thief gangs raiding one village to the next became an issue.

Even though it was peace at the moment, the residents of Sandicht knew that Sandicht would be no exception and lived everyday in fear of being next.

And then, the tragedy they so feared came to be...

One day, a group of thieves attacked Sandicht.

The thief that raided Claire's house killed both of her parents. Claire was about to be taken away by the thief. She was ready for her life to end. However, a single knight saved her. His name was Adel Reed. The Reed family is a noble family famous all over the country. A house of excellent pedigree, they have managed the chivalric order for generations.

A commander even at his young age, Adel took Claire into the mansion he lives in to work as a maid, as she had no other relatives.

Surrounded by the four Reed brothers- all with very different personalities- Claire's life as their personal maid begins.

## Characters
### Claire Eithéa (クレア・アイシア)
She's from Sandicht, a small village far away from the country's capital, Anselm. Though poor, she lead a meagre, yet happy life with her parents. Claire is an only child. Cheerful, she tries her best at everything she does and is positive. However, she slightly dislikes depending on others. As a result, she has a stubborn side to her, trying to solve her problems all on her own. When she lived at Sandicht, her morning were spent assisting with milk deliveries, and her afternoons were spent at the church learning to read and write, as well as arithmetic in order to help her family. Claire is good at housework due to helping with the cooking and cleaning for her mother as while she was busy at work. 

One day, a group of thieves attacked the village. She narrowly escaped being attacked thanks to Adel resucing her just in time. Not having a single relative left, Adel arranged for Claire to live and be taken care of in the Reed house.

Since she has a cute smile and is a hardworker, she was adored by her fellow villagers. Yet, she has never had a single lover. There was a time she had an interest in her childhood friend, Cain. However, after considering the differences in their social status and about her family situation, Claire decided to remain friends.

### Adel Reed (アデル・リード)
The second-oldest brother of the Reed family.

From a young age, he was expected to become a knight, and was raised accordingly. Not only is he highly skilled in swordplay, but he also is excellent and precise when it comes his observational eye, and assessing the situation at hand. He is suited to taking on the role of a leader. Adel has a kind personality and respects everyone's opinions. He considers things carefully to prevent others from getting into fights. Even so, every once in a while, his stubborn side crops up.

He's popular with women, and they frequently try to woo them, but since he's only interested in his job and swordplay, he gently evades their advances. He does have experience with women in good, gentlemanly taste, but he has never dated anybody before or fallen in love.

Adel considers Phil his best friend, as they're close in age and have known each other since they were little, because Phil was employed by the Reed family from a young age. Despite this, Adel isn't above making Phil attend noble events as a "representative", since Adel dislikes high society.

### Cain Cohen (カイン・コーエン)
He's the second-oldest brother of the Cohen family, famous for their trading business. Cain is the same age as  Claire, as well as her childhood friend and her first love.

When he was 6-years-old, him and his family immigrated to Claire's home village, Sandicht. As a child, he was happy and active, troubling Claire with his nonsense. Cain has a dishonest side to him in which he's the type to tease the girl he likes. They spent time with each other everyday, be it attending church together or playing in the forest.

On the day the gang of thieves razed Sandicht, the Cohen family promptly sought refuge in Anselm. Though concerned about Claire, Cain had to escape the village with his parents. From then on, the two became separated. Since then, during his days off, he tries to collect information about the gang of thieves that raided Sandicht, and continues to search for Claire.

Since he's harboured feelings for Claire since they were little, he has no experience with women. Cain often makes an appearance at high society events, and is approached by many women. However, he rejects all of their advances.

### Louis Reed (ルイス・リード)
The eldest brother of the Reed family.

As the successor of the Reed family, Louis undertook various special educations. However, he ended up gaining independence and not succeeding the house. Quick-witted and ntelligent from a young age, he also fairly excels in swordplay. Even so, he's often severe with words and conduct, and isn't good at being a leader. He also isn't good at communicating with his brothers.

After he gave away his positions as the commander of the chivalric order and the head of the Reed family to Adel, Louis started up a foreign trade business and achieved success. Since he had to collect information and find patronesses in the high society he loathes in order to start up his business, he has experience with women. At present, he's still involved in the world of those high up on the social ladder. However, since he's only there in order to collect information, he doesn't get involved with the women.

His interests are classical music and opera appreciation, as well as collecting furniture and ornaments from the Orient. He does his absolute best to hide his interests from others, but when a topic in regards to them is brought up, he can't help himself from becoming talkative about them.

### Noah Reed (ノア・リード)
The youngest brother of the Reed family.

Most of the time, he is expressionless and doesn't show his emotions. Noah was abandoned by his father upon missing out on being the top student of the academy he attends. Because of this, he now secludes himself in his own room, only leaving to go to school. He's now cut off from everyone in the Reed house, and his brothers and the maids have no idea how to treat and approach him.

He loves to read, and will read anything that piques his interest. Since he quickly remembers what he reads, Noah is actually knowledgeable. While reading books, he becomes totally absorbed. So much so, that he doesn't realise when somebody is trying to talk to him. With his school being so strict, he hasn't dated a girl before. Noah hasn't attended any high society events yet. He's not interested in it, as well as in girls.

In front of others, he behave as though he has no interest in the chivalric order. In truth, however, he wants to join the chivalric order like his older brothers had.

### Phil Carter (フィル・カーター)
The eldest brother of the Carter family, a house that is noble enough to be employed by the Reed family. He is also Adel's best friend.

He used to work for Louis, but since Louis passed over the position of becoming head of the Reed house to Adel, Phil is now employed by Adel. He looks as though he has his head in the clouds and is hard to read, but in fact, Phil has a kind personality and is good at taking care of and helping others.

As well as the fact that Phil is talented, his hard work paid off since he was able to safely graduate the knight academy and join the Varte Chivalric Order (lead by the Reeds). While Phil is a considerably skilled swordsman, he is right at the top when it comes to strategy and tactics- nobody is superior to him in those regards.

Because Phil put has successfully put on an act of being a serious, good young man when representing Adel in high society events, he's left many women prisoners of his love. Many of these women are one night stands. However, unsavoury rumours about his love life have not cropped up amongst the nobles, so nobody knows the truth that Phil is a playboy.

The third-oldest brother of the Reed family. Zack is a cheerful and active person with a love of causing mischief. He's the type to freely show his emotions, and he's touchy-feely; he's like a puppy. Since Zack does things on his own before ordering others to, leadership isn't his forte. He's a hardowrking guy who proactively studies battle tactics he doesn't like and does routine, everyday tasks with no concern of his nobility.

His only concern was to join the chivalric order, so he had no interest in women. As a result, he has zero experience with romantic relationships. Having never read a book or seen a play about love or romance, Zack doesn't know how to deal with women, or the appropriate personal space to give them. Thanks to his good looks and noble background, is popular with women. Even so, Zack is so dense that he doesn't realise when a woman is cracking onto him.

His hobbies are eating, practicing his sword skills and sleeping. He enjoys taking a walk into town with his older brother, Adel, and finding something delicious to eat.
