## Description
The story places the player in the shoes of one Momose Yuuichi. Our protagonist is an ordinary member of the Shotou Academy's student council that is forced to join the school's new up-and-coming Occult Study Group (Occult Kenkyuukai, or OkaKen) after he loses a bet with his childhood friend, Yaotome Itsuki. Though he is a realist, Yuuichi is easily scared when faced with the eerie and unexplained, but chooses to remain with the OkaKen in order to carry out his terms of the bet. As such, the game introduces the player to Kannagi City, its denizens, and the misadventures of the OkaKen as they face mysteries and challenges from the living and those beyond the mortal coil.

## Characters
### Kamiouji Koto (神応寺 古都)
Yuuichi's classmate.

Koto is the only daughter of the wealthy and well-connected Kamiouji family. As would be expected for an ojou-sama character, she has been sheltered for a good part of her life. Due to her upbringing, she is very docile and more likely to follow than lead.

Koto joins the Occult Study Group out of sheer curiosity, or so she claims.

### Kinouchi Hinata (木乃内 ひなた)
A mysterious first-year student.

Hinata comes from a family with an extensive history of martial arts. Despite being of short stature, she is actually very strong and quite capable when it comes to physical activities. During her first days at school, she managed to try out every sports club, only to find all of them to be too easy for her. She did not earn her reputation as a "monster" until she defeated the president of the Judo club in a sparring match. Things did not improve for her after several members of the club tried to ambush her repeatedly (only for her to beat them with ease).

Wishing to see something new, Hinata decides to join the Occult Study Group.

### Mizushino Aoi (水篠 碧衣)
Leader of the Shotou Academy's student council and Itsuki's eternal rival.

As the student council's president, Aoi makes sure that student activities, clubs and other affairs are running smoothly in school. 

She was not happy when Itsuki filed the paperwork necessary to form the Occult Study Group.  Aoi does all she can to get the club disbanded by relying on technicalities in the policies that involve the creation of clubs, as well as trying to get Yuuichi to help her disband it.

At heart, Itsuki is a strong and determined girl. For the most part, her classmates are intimidated by her quick wit and notable intellect (resulting in keeping their distance from her). Because of this, she has grown used to doing things her way.

Though she will never openly admit it, she feels good when leading and protecting others. In fact, her sense of responsibility for others is what caused her to leave the school's computer club (where she was concidered a master hacker) and start the Occult Study Group.
