## Description
In the early 21st century, a sudden shortage of food and energy sparked World War III, a massive conflict that saw the deaths of millions and brought the population of Earth to 15% of its prewar level. Years later, an uneasy calm has descended on humanity, although a state of war still technically exists. Four power blocs that share control of the Moon and the earth, each looking for a weakness they can exploit against the others.

You are Captain Leiji Osumi of the Free Alliance Space Force, formerly a fighter pilot in the War. Your past is haunted by a terrible incident that caused you to change careers, transferring to the top secret intelligence division. When a series of technical problems on the Free Alliance Moon Base D-02 hint at sabotage, you are dispatched to get to the bottom of things, under the cover of "Technical Advisor."

The military learned long ago that women are better adapted to lonely assignments in space, and so the base is staffed almost entirely by females. Arriving at the base, you discover that an inexplicable sexual insanity has gripped its normally professional staff, prompting further investigation. Are these strange occurrences connected with the sabotage somehow? You have to untangle the mystery and get things back on track before one of the other power blocs notices that anything is amiss and tries to attack.

### Osumi Leiji (大隈 レイジ)
Captain Osumi Leiji is a special investigator assigned by Military Intelligence to resolve the suspected sabotage taking place on Moon Base D-02. His cover on the base is "Technical Consultant". He has been given limitless command authority over [url=https://vndb.org/c14803]Elise Triad[/url] in order to assist him with his assignment. 

Leiji previously used to be a fighter pilot, but was shot down and subsequently tortured by an old first generation android. Because of his traumas, he isn't comfortable with the need to work closely with Elise. She might be a third generation android, but he still views her as nothing but a robot. As he wrestles with his own conflicting emotions, he must struggle to remain focused on the task at hand. One wrong judgement could not only endanger his comrades, but also result in his death as well as the death of millions on planet Earth.

An engineering support specialist and a top-secret military android prototype EL-03, Elise is undergoing on-site testing on a remote moon base. To everybody else on the base, she's just an ordinary, low level technical staff member. Her skills will prove to be invaluable for Leiji's investigation. Despite her humanesque qualities, in the beginning Leiji will only see her as nothing but a mechanical doll.

She also has a superiority complex and hates being overshadowed by anyone for any reason. Even with her limited access to the facilities as a civilian, few people would seriously consider her to be capable of sabotage.
