## Description
Brutal warrior Rance's mind is filled to the brim with thoughts of fucking girls. And wherever he goes, screams of beautiful women resound.

He's been traveling around randomly with the mage girl he recently bought, Sill, but now he has a different purpose in mind. His target this time... Or rather, his destination, is the Kingdom of Leazas, which is known to be the most wealthy nation in the world. The daughter of a noble family, Hikari, who attended Paris Academy there, has gone missing, and he's taken up a quest to find her.

Rance sets off to enjoy the beauties of Leazas!
...And while he's there, he'll find Hikari and enjoy her too, of course.

This is a remake of the original Rance title which came out 24 years prior. It uses an old-style chip-based battle system and has new artwork and music. The script has also been heavily modified.

## Characters
### Rance (ランス)
A fearsome warrior known throughout the land, not just for his impressive battle skills but also for his shameless womanizing ways. While he's driven more by his primal instincts than noble ideals, his actions often result in unexpected heroism.

Even though he's rough around the edges, Rance often ends up doing good deeds on his many adventures, even if he doesn't intend to. His exploits are varied, including battling fearsome demons, standing against rival nations, and even helping out those in distress.
Unironically, Rance's disorderly conduct frequently lands him in hot water. His relentless chase of carnal indulgences tends to create more facepalm moments than applaudable ones, adding to his already infamous reputation.

On his frequent adventures, Rance is not a lone wolf. He is often accompanied by a cast of unique characters who add their own spice to the narrative. However, these companions, notably his enslaved romantic interest Sill Plain among others, often find themselves grappling with his audacious behavior. Despite the hurdles, this diverse crew manages to unite their skills, forming a solid team crucial to their shared escapades.

One of [url=/c11980]Lia's[/url] personal ninjas, she does all the dirty or secret jobs that Lia orders her to do. While seemingly apathetic from the outside, Kanami is actually very concerned with her ability as a ninja. It's implied that she is always training by herself to hone her skills. She longs to be a normal girl, but that's an impossible dream. Lia ordered her to keep tabs on [url=/c735]Rance[/url], a job that she hates since she also hates him.

Lia Parapara Leazas is the recently crowned Queen of Leazas. She is obsessed with Rance, her love for him is so intense that she would give him the entire country if he asked. She refers to Rance as "Darling".[/spoiler]

Leazas has prospered under her rule, even though she was recently coronated. However, many nobles hate her and her ways and have tried to take her down in the past or even go as far as assisting enemy countries.

### Sill Plain (シィル・プライン)
Sill is a slave purchased by the great adventurer [url=/c735]Rance[/url] in the year LP0001 prior to the events of Rance 01. Rance purchased her for 15,000 GOLD and has been forced to travel alongside him wherever he goes since then. However, Sill developed strong romantic feelings for him and, even though the "Absolute Obedience Magic" once cast on her has long since worn off, she remains single-mindedly loyal to Rance regardless. She was originally from a rich family in Zeth but under "certain circumstances" ended up in the slave market sold to Rance. 

She is capable of using both offensive and healing magic, in addition to the creation of magic barriers. She is also known to have a large knowledge of worldly culture and history, as well as an understanding of many creatures. This is apparently due to her studying from a wide variety of books at a young age due to her origins from a noble family.

British, frequently referred to as Concrete Man, is the former leader of the Legendary Five, the strongest adventuring party in history.

Throughout his youth, he experienced the terror and despair brought about by Gele's cruelty firsthand. Unable to have his spirit broken by his torturous living conditions, British made a vow that he would someday liberate humankind from its Monster oppressors by defeating Gele.

She becomes a complete kleptomaniac with bread. If she sees bread she has the urge to steal it no matter what, which has led her to be kicked out from previous jobs in the past.

In the Mangagamer translation, her last name was changed to Bredeter, which may either be a pun on "bread eater" or a portmanteau of "bread" and "predator".[/spoiler]

The princess used her to satisfy her sadism and continuously tortured her heavily and using healing magic to prevent her from dying of the wounds. Everyday she would be used as the princess' toy in the periods of time between 9:00 to 11:00. She eventually couldn't take it anymore and commited suicide. However, a strong attachment to life led her Soul to remain and turn her into a Ghost, since it wasn't really her wish to commit suicide.

Menad Shisei is among the youngest of Leazas Knights, being a talented girl that worked hard to gain a respectable position. At 15 years old, she was already strong enough to be given the role of the Gatekeeper of the Leazas Castle in the Capital of Leazas. [spoiler]At 17 years old, became the 2nd in command of the Leazas Red Corps, the strongest unit of the Leazas Army.[/spoiler]

Menad is rather tomboyish and unwomanly most of the time. She's usually very serious and is a very diligent girl that takes her responsibilities very seriously, always trying her best in every situation. Her attitude has made her be treated like a boy rather than a woman for most of her life, and led her to develop a sense of insecurity with herself and complex for her lack of feminine qualities. While on duty she's extremely serious, but she is a surprisingly honest and cheerful girl in her daily life, perfectly showcased in her times with one of her best friends [url=/c11970]Kanami[/url]. Unfortunately, she's also clearly young and naive, and can sometimes be fooled or manipulated rather easily by people who want to take advantage of her position.

[spoiler]Menad also has a love for the sword, and admires strong and talented fighters, growing to immensely respect her General and mentor [url=/c14826]Rick Addison[/url]. She admires him greatly due to his outstanding swordsmanship, being the reason why she started wielding a sword instead of a spear when joining his army. He trained her in the art of the sword and she's even copied his special move the By-La Way, creating her own special attack called "Kua-Lu Lane", which is similar to Rick's trademark attack, albeit less powerful.[/spoiler]

For some reason, Millie possesses an ability to be absurdly lucky at all times, to the point she can get whatever she wants and nothing bad will happen to her as long as she doesn't wish for it. This, however, backfired and led her to realize there were no challenges in life and she started to feel like living had no meaning, which has made her quite jaded about life itself and at times made her flirt with wanting to die.[/spoiler]
