## Description
Hajime is a member of the handicrafts club. He's the one and only male member, but he's an expert at it because his father taught him so well. He enjoys his school life with other club members and classmates, but his life dramatically changes one day. He suddenly falls down unconscious and is sent to hospital.

A while later, he learns that his days are numbered. Hajime decides, "I'll die without ever showing a sad face to my family and friends. I won't tell anybody about my illness." But his childhood friend, Hikari, finds out about it anyway. It isn't long before all of his friends know. Nobody wants to believe it, but...

"We'll just pretend we don't know about his illness..." They decide to smile in front of him and cry inside their hearts...

## Characters
### Azuma Hajime (吾妻 はじめ)
A second year student. The only male member of the handicrafts club. He is slightly influenced by his father that loves handicrafts, but he himself has it as a hobby. He is certainly a pro at crafts and can easily make anything. His personality can't be described as serious, he is irresponsible and easily elated by praise. But unexpectedly, he is likely to take action for a member's sake in an emergency. He was diagnosed with an incurable disease and was given half a year to live, but he decided "I want to have a smile to the last minute" and didn't tell the handicraft club members. His parents run a handicrafts cafe called Mana.

### Hatori Uta (羽鳥 詩)
Hajime's classmate and a member of the handicrafts club. She is a close friend of Hikari and they often do things together. Hikari calls her "Uu-chan". She is an ojou-sama from a respectable family but for better or for worse she does things at her own pace. She handles things flawlessly with excellent results, but physical activity is her weak point. She has a deep knowledge of music. Since she was a child she learned the violin and nearly everyday she practices and has lessons. She has good style and is the target of envy of the other club members. Like Hikari, she is in love with Hajime. But since she is aware of Hikari's feelings for him, she can't express her desire.

### Kayano Mina (茅野 美那)
Hajime's classmate and a member of both the handicrafts club and student council. At first glance she appears to be a beautiful girl, but her personality is considerably straight-laced. If Hajime isn't participating in the club activities she will mercilessly kick him. On the other hand, she seems to trust him so she is a bit of a tsundere. Her grades are excellent and she can handle exercise to some extent, but she has to make a serious effort to do so.

Because she goes overseas all year round, although her grades are excellent, she doesn't often show up for class or the club. Furthermore, she keeps her souvenirs scattered around the club room. Though she seems to be irresponsible, she will sometimes make sharp remarks. Her breasts are small in proportion to her height and she has a complex about it. She is the only part-time employee at Mana.

She is always cheerful and smiling. She is from a fatherless family so to help with finances she has a part-time job. She respects Hajime because he can easily make crafts.

She is a member of the handicrafts but why she joined is questionable since she is considerably clumsy with her hands. She has been in love with Hajime since she was little. Of the handicrafts members, she was the one that first knew about Hajime's incurable illness.

His looks are unexpectedly good and he is cheerful, but since he often says stupid things, he has never had a girlfriend.
