## Description
This story takes place in a mountain town surrounded by the sea.

Ryouichi is sent everyday to the town where the summer sun shines brightly upon it.
He meets up with his sister, who is in the Swimming Club, and a quiet childhood friend.

The town holds a summer festival in their school, and it seems like life will continue as it always has.

There, a rumor of a strangely dressed girl slowly spreads around the town.
