## Description
"There are only 99 days left until the world ends.
I wonder who I'll be with when I hear the last grain of sand fall——"

Watched over by the "Giant Hourglass of The World Tree", the grand capital of Albion boasts great splendour.

10 years ago, by means of the "Time Revolution", methods to control and manage time propagated. All humans gave their time to "BANK", the time bank, to look after, or sold their time and rejoiced in lives of luxury. Before humanity knew it, "time" was no longer something that was "irreplaceable".

17-year-old Lucia (the protagonist) has no memory of her childhood. Even so, she lives a fun and quiet life helping her uncle out at his café.

One day, big news began to spread throughout the capital like a wildfire...

"The time that was stored in BANK was stolen by an unknown organization. There's only 99 days left until the world ends!"

As the city's lively atmosphere was slowly changing to that of  bewilderment and confusion, Lucia happens upon "a small hourglass". After the hourglass sheds a faint light in her hands, it gifts her with a certain power.

That power is to stop time with her thoughts, "Chronostasis".

The story comes to life in a city with an atmosphere like that of after a lively festival, coupled with the feelings of Lucia and her "precious somebody".

## Characters
### Lucia Sol (ルシア・ソル)
The protagonist, a girl who lives together with her uncle Horik.
She helps out at the cafe "Kokono Kokono".
Because of her calm atmosphere and kind personality, many customers come to the cafe just to talk with her.

When the strange event hit the peaceful bustling streets her hourglass started giving off a strong light.

### Clive Neal (クライヴ・ニール)
A genius who's called "The Walking Royal Library".
He has a haughty attitude and refuses to give in to anyone, he always respects the rules. Sometimes despite the fact that he's a genius he messes up his words, but he doesn't personally take notice at all.

He's a high ranking member of the royal police "Vanalgand" that gets support from BANK.
He has a cool headed way of speaking, but his weak point is sweets.

He's a member of the extremely popular circus troupe "Luna Kirks", he's their pride, the Top Star Magician, almost like an Idol.
Everyplace he performs he shows off astounding magic.
The price of admission however is not money but people's "time".

Underneath his gentlemanly smiling face he holds a somewhat suspicious shadow.

### Horik Sol (ホリック・ソル)
Owner of the Kokono Kokono cafe.
Ten years ago he started taking care of the protagonist who had lost all her relatives, they currently live together.
He possesses the glamor of an adult combined with a tolerant personality, a "wise man", or possibly just an "eccentric". 
Because he sometimes does things that transcend common sense, the meaning of his words is occasionally hard to understand.

His outward face is just a cafe owner, however his true personality is shrouded in mystery.

He's curt and shy but despite that he's a helpful person, the protagonist's childhood friend.
Using his natural good reflexes he works as a bodyguard.
He tended to be teased a lot as a child, so he always stayed by the protagonist's side.

For a certain reason he finds it distasteful to trade time, so he doesn't use the BANK at all.

### Tio (ティオ)
An unpredictable and spoiled child, however he is a famous artist who's paintings sell for exorbitant amounts of money.
He's moved into a studio above the Kokono Kokono cafe. When he's excited he jumps up and down, when he's tired he sleeps on your lap, he's that kind of a cat-like person.

However, for some reason he has the problem of not being able to keep his memories for more than one day.

He's an easily excited person who stands out, but sometimes it seems like his gaze could be sharp enough to cut.
