## Description
There is a dungeon located on a small island called "Vanaheim".
This dungeon is rumoured to be the location where the legendary Witch "Alice" bequeathed a legacy upon her death, because of this many adventurers have travelled to this dungeon seeking Alice's Legacy.
However, the dungeon is infested with dangerous monsters and traps, to this day not a single adventurer has laid eyes on the Legacy.
The Mahou Shoujo (Magical Girl) Lyiene is another who has come to the island having heard the rumours about Vanaheim island.
The adventure of Mahou Shoujo Lyiene, who seeks to uncover the truth of the legendary witch's legacy which sleeps within the dungeon, begins now.

## Characters
### Lyiene Belesford (リィーネ・ベレスフォード)
A greenhorn Mahou Shoujo, she is dispatched by her master to the Vanaheim island after they are commissioned by Ecria to drive out the monsters inhabiting the dungeon. Although unwilling to travel alone so soon after "graduation", her master forces her to take the commission as she insists the only way Lyiene can improve is through practical experience.

[Spoiler] She is overwhelmed by the dungeon's initial boss monster and loses her virginity to the tentacle monster. Will saves her before the monster can finish her off, which makes her both grateful to Will for saving her life and upset that he saw her naked in a compromising position.

When Lyiene finds embryos in the dungeon, she needs Will's sperm through sexual contact which is a requirement to awaken the familiar within. 

Lyiene was lured to the island as her heart was the final ingredient required to finish Alice's ritual of immortality and eternal youth. Will's unexpected intervention ruined the carefully laid plan, but the journey to the dungeon's depths gave Lyiene the strength to overcome the final obstacle and complete the commission set to her.

After the final battle she leaves the island together with Will to report her findings to her teacher. She then travels together with Will as partners and full-fledged adventurers. [/Spoiler]

### Ecria Beltwords (エクリア・ベルトワーズ)
A girl who runs a general store on Vanaheim island. Despite her adorable appearance, she has unimaginable prowess in item identification and item enchantment. She helps Lyiene identify items found in the dungeon and their strengthening through enchantment.

She visited the abode of Lyiene's teacher, knowing of their fame as Magical Girls who defeated the Witches, to seek help in ridding Vanaheim's dungeon of the monsters within.

[Spoiler] Lyiene asks how Ecria is so talented at item identification and enchantment. Ecria answered her parents ran the store and were experts in their respective fields. After watching them work, she awakened both of their talents allowing her to take over the store after her parents passed away.

Ecria's form is an illusion, her real identity is the last surviving Witch "Alice". After the great battle with the Mahou Shoujo decades ago, she was critically injured and forced to flee to Vanaheim island to recover. In order to gain the sperm of male adventurers necessary to generate more magical energy, she spread the rumour of "Alice's Legacy" to lure countless adventurers to the dungeon who would succumb to the dungeon's monsters and serve as sustenance for her recovery.

As a Witch, she is able to form a contract with monstrous beings from the underworld like Minotaurs compelling them to serve her as guards. 

Although pleased Lyiene has grown strong enough to reach the dungeon's depths, further adding more magical energy to her heart which was to be used as the final ingredient in her immortality ritual, Alice loses the final battle against Lyiene. When she attempts to summon the boss monsters of the dungeon's upper levels to deal with an exhausted Lyiene, her own fatigue and depleted magical reserves cause the summoning spell to go awry. Lyiene's final struggle eventually distorts the spell into a one-way portal which consigns Alice and her servants into another dimension. An exhausted Alice is then set upon by her servants who have gone berserk and see the depleted Alice as a tempting source of magical nourishment.

Ecria's true identity is eventually revealed when she disappears permanently and magical tomes relating to the Witches are discovered in her shop. [/Spoiler]

### Monika Fallsstrome (モニカ・フォルスストロム)
The manager of the "Vorpal Rabbit Inn" (首跳ね兎亭) located on Vanaheim island. She's always busy taking care of paying guests like Lyiene and Olivia.

A pleasant and gentle girl, she's eccentric and sometimes says the most outrageous things. She's also capable of spontaneous acts which catch others off guard.

[Spoiler] She's had a crush on Will ever since he moved to the island and bought a house. Although she fantasises about sex with Will, she's sporting enough to acknowledge Lyiene and Will are in a steady relationship.

She is caught by an fugitive bandit while picking herbs in the mountains. The bandit rapes Monica, but Lyiene manages to find the campsite and defeat the bandit. Monica is shaken by the experience, but quickly regains her composure and is back to her old self soon afterwards.

She says goodbye to Lyiene and Will when they depart for the mainland and hopes they come and visit her inn in the future. [/Spoiler]

### Olivia Niedelmeyer (オリヴィア・ニーデルマイヤー)
A Knight dispatched by the church to Vanaheim island with orders to uncover the truth of Alice's Legacy and prevent Mahou Shoujo Lyiene from obtaining the Legacy. She obeys chuch teachings unquestioningly, and like the church sees no difference between the Witches and the Magical Girls who rebelled against them.

[Spoiler] An experienced adventurer who has no qualms sleeping in the inn stables, much to Monica's delight. She is hostile to Lyiene and eventually challenges her to a duel as they are not on church territory and she is thus unable to arrest her for heresy. 

After losing to Lyiene in the duel she vows to reach the dungeon's depths before Lyiene. However, she is unable to defeat the Dryad in her weakened state and ends up being raped and losing her virginity. Lyiene saves her and Olivia reluctantly acknowledges that Witches and Magical Girls shouldn't be tarred with the same brush. 

Olivia eventually acknowledges she is not capable of overcoming the dungeon's challenges and remains in the island settlement. 

After Lyiene overcomes Alice, Olivia stays on the island to report her findings to the church after further investigation of its depths. She finally acknowledges Lyiene as a friend and vows to write a glowing report of the contributions of the Magical Girl in the demise of the final Witch. [/Spoiler]

### Will Arclight (ウィル・アークライト)
An adventurer also known as "Dragonslayer Will", he now lives a life best described as "semi-retired" and only ventures to the Vanaheim dungeon when the mood takes him. 

He can't stand it when he sees others in trouble, so he willingly gives useful advice to Lyiene when she's struggling to overcome the dungeon's challenges.

[Spoiler] He was part of a formidable partnership with his childhood friend Rody (ロディ). He earned the "Dragonslayer" moniker fighting alongside Rody, who was much stronger and contributed more to the deed but hated publicity and pushed all of the credit onto Will. 

Both of them travelled to Vanaheim island after hearing the rumours of Alice's Legacy and quickly carved their way through to the dungeon's 5th level. However, the undead hordes overpowered them and Rody was killed buying time for Will to escape. Unfortunately, the curse on the 5th level brought Rody back to life as a powerful undead swordsman. Will could not bring himself to attack the childhood friend he had fought side by side with so long, so he stopped trying to reach the dungeon's depths and only intervenes when inexperienced adventurers like Lyiene are in mortal danger in the dungeon's early levels. 

He reluctantly accepts Lyiene's proposal to provide sperm for the embryos she finds in the dungeon, although it's clear both of them enjoy having sex with each other regardless of the original purpose.

When Lyiene becomes the third adventurer after Rody and himself to overcome the Minotaur on the 4th level, he reluctantly reveals the truth on why he never told Lyiene about the 5th level and the truth about Rody's demise and his own "death" on the mainland. After speaking to Olivia, he gathers the courage to enter the 5th level and free his compatriot's trapped soul from the undead curse. Although he is outmatched by Rody when they fight, Lyiene intervenes and finishes the job. Rody regains his former memories long enough to say goodbye to Will and thank him for the adventures they experienced whilst alive.

Will brings Rody's corpse out of the dungeon and Olivia presides over the funeral ceremony in the island's graveyard.

After Lyiene's final victory, Will resumes his adventuring career as Lyiene's partner. [/Spoiler]
