## Description
Dick is a young boy living in a village who is bored with schoolwork and his everyday life. One day, he attends the village fair and meets a mysterious boy dressed like a court jester called Guillered who offers to bring him to a world called Laughter Land where one’s every wish is granted and there is no work, only play and no one ever grows up. Dick agrees and is brought to Laughter Land.

### Dick (ディック)
Though his heart is in the right place, Richard’s innate sense of curiosity and adventure leads him to decisions he later regrets. While he has his moments of skepticism and at least tries to think before acting, he often agrees to commitments before seriously considering the consequences. He is rather mild-tempered and agreeable, though he becomes easily frustrated with the strange laws of his new home, eager to know more.

At least, his sweet, playful demeanor does seem entirely genuine, and his kindness is far from suspicious.
